da ich mich mit dem Thema eigentlich gar nicht auskenne, wollte ich mir einmal hier ein paar Tips holen, bevor ich mich an meinen Vermieter wende.
Wir bekommen Ende Juli Nachwuchs. Wir wohnen nun seit 2015 in einer Mietwohnung in Kiel und das mit einer unfassbar günstigen Miete. Diese wurde auch seit Einzug nicht einmal angehoben.
Da ein Zimmer das Kinderzimmer werden soll, wollte ich hierfür den Boden erneuern, da dieser so langsam nicht mehr schön ist, ein paar Macken und Risse hat. Diese waren teilweise schon bei Einzug so, haben wir auch im Übergabeprotokoll auch aufgenommen.
Mein Plan an sich ist es, den Boden selbst neuzuverlegen. Kumpel von mir ist Handwerker und würde mich da theoretisch kostenlos unterstützen.
Wenn ich den Boden nun herausreiße und erneure, brauche ich natürlich das Einverständnis des Vermieters. Wenn er zustimmt, ist es dann auch so geregelt, dass der Boden drin bleiben kann?
Vor allem geht es mir darum, dass ich schauen wollte, ob die Kosten durch den Vermieter übernommen werden können und ich mich lediglich um den Einbau kümmere...Theoretisch ist das ja für den Vermieter wesentlich kostengünstiger, als wenn er einen Handwerker bezahlen muss.
Ansonsten meine Frage, inwiefern ein Vermieter verpflichtet ist, die Wohnung einigermaßen in Schuss zu halten und zu modnernisieren.

Buongiorno,
Uso un account Throwaway per motivi di privacy. Sono un ragazzo di 30 anni, cardiopatico dalla nascita con una invalidità lavorativa riconosciuta del 50%. Sto iniziando ad accusare problemi legati a stress e fatica sul lavoro e vorrei capire come muovermi in futuro per mettermi a riparo da peggioramenti.
Attualmente lavoro come helpdesk in Svizzera (frontaliere), tutti i giorni mi faccio 60/70km tra andata e ritorno ed il lavoro è stressante in vari sensi. A volte perchè è un completo caos di cose da gestire con urgenza, a volte perché completamente noioso. Oltre a questo mi sembra di star buttando via la mia vita, sto prendendo kg su kg, non ho tempo per fare attività fisica, non ho tempo per seguire le mie passioni, non ho tempo per fare nulla. Esco alle 7 e torno alle 19 esausto. Il quadro clinico in questa situazione è tendente al peggioramento ed io mi sto amaramente pentendo di aver lasciato il vecchio lavoro in Italia per andare verso uno stipendio più alto, a costo di una situazione psico fisica molto peggiore (cosa che non sono riuscito a valutare correttamente per tempo).
A questo punto, assodato il fatto che così non posso reggere più che qualche altro anno, voi cosa fareste? Dove cerchereste? In che settore? L'helpdesk è uno stress continuo, mi piacerebbe fare qualcosa che sia più "reale", staccarmi dallo schermo e dalla sedia. Mi sento ingabbiato e stanco sia fisicamente che psicologicamente.

Welche freiberuflich arbeiten bzw. Interesse an einer Zusammenarbeit haben (Großraum Wien, NÖ, ist aber eigentlich egal)?

Ich stoße bei mir selbst und bei meinem Netzwerk immer wieder an Kapazitätsgrenzen und die Anfragen werden nicht weniger. Mein Schwerpunkt liegt als Dienstleister auf Komplettlösungen im Bereich SaaS und E-Commerce, ich kümmere mich um Projekte, Kundenbetreuung und Entwicklung und habe einige fixe Projektpartner für z.B. eben UI, Frontend, Marketing, Copywriting etc.

Habe einen hohen Anspruch auf gute Zusammenarbeit i.S. von respektvoller Umgang und gute Organisation (bin keine Marketing-Agentur sondern "Techniker"), vielleicht fühlt sich ja jemand angesprochen -> in dem Fall freue ich mich über eine PN.

It seems to be the consensus that plants in pots require much more frequent watering than those in the ground. Is a raised bed with compost in classed as 'in the ground' is it more like just a really big pot?
How often would you water plants in a raised bed? Especially with the dry weather we have been having recently? I water my potted strawberries and small amount of flowers in pots every other day, is that enough?

Hallo zusammen, bald steht bei uns im Unternehmen eine persönliche Zielvereinbarung an für jeden Mitarbeiter und es stresst mich zugegebenermaßen sehr. So sehr, dass ich hier mal nachfragen musste. Man liest ja im Netz, dass solche Ziele helfen sollen die Mitarbeiter zu motivieren und die Ziele der Mitarbeiter nach der Unternehmensstrategie auszurichten. Es wurde bei uns im Unternehmen erst kürzlich eingeführt. Ohne zu sehr in Detail zu gehen: ich bin Sachbearbeiter im Vertriebsinnendienst. Jeder hat hier seinen eigenen Bereich mit Lieferanten/Kunden für den esie zuständig ist, die Aufgaben folgen meist einem Standardschema. Keine Kundenakquise oder Personalverantwortung. Jetzt ist es so, dass wir unsere eigenen messbaren Ziele formulieren müssen bevor es ins Managementgespräch geht, aber mir fällt dazu einfach nichts ein, da wir nur dieselben Standardaufgaben, die durch das Tagesgeschäft anfallen, machen und ich habe langsam Panik vor dem Gespräch. Außerdem werden diese Ziele und deren Erreichung keinen Einfluss auf das Gehalt haben, da stellt sich mir auch die Frage nach dem Sinn. Ich habe bereits länger mit der Psyche zu kämpfen (Depression, soziale Ängste) und eigentlich bin ich froh einfach alle oder den Großteil der anstehenden Aufgaben zu erledigen und in den Feierabend zu gehen. Zur Zeit habe ich wirklich keine Motivation/Energie mich in diesem Beruf weiterzuentwickeln, da es auch keine Aufstiegschancen hier gibt. Der Job ist nicht mehr als eine Notwendigkeit und knapp ausreichend bezahlt. Zumindest die Kollegen sind sehr nett. Ich weiß nicht ob es irgendwem bei sowas ähnlich geht. Würde mich über Tipps oder sonstige Anmerkungen freuen.

Situatie: vast contract, grotere organiaatie, werk in teamverband.
WG heeft laatst een "policy" uitgebracht waaruit blijkt dat ze niet willen dat WN zich bij/in hun voertuig bevinden, op het direct aangrenzend parkeerterrein (terrein is van WG).
Context: blijkbaar wil WG voorkomen dat er nog eens een brandje uitbreekt, in het verleden is dit elders zo ontstaan schijnbaar door een roker. Maar ik rook niet eens en doe daar verder ook geen obvious verboden handelingen. Denk aan telefoneren, thee drinken, even tot rust komen.
Vraag: Mag WG dit wel vragen/eisen als het onbetaald pauze(s) betreft? Ik dacht dat onbetaalde pauze geen werktijd is, en daardoor het arbeidsreglement tijdens die pauze niet van toepassing is? Ben ik dan dus niet gewoon vrij om te doen waar pauze voor is, evt. ook gewoon bij/in mijn voertuig?
Vraag 2: Tot wie kan ik me het beste wenden mocht dit tot een conflict leiden.
Noot: ik begrijp het evt. sociaal (on)wenselijke aan de situatie, maar ik ben bijv. deels ook ZZper (en dit weet WG). Dus in privacy kunnen telefoneren en tegelijk de thee bijschenken is voor mij heel wat waard.

Nachdem ich so einen ähnlichen Post vor ein paar Tagen gemacht habe und da mehr über meine Satzstellung als über den Aufruf geredet wurde, hier nochmals genau meine Fragen. Am coolsten wärs, wenn jemand, der das grade studiert/studiert hat drauf eingehen könnte :)
1) Im Lehrplan wird von einer Studieneingangs- und Orientierungsphase mit drei Pflichtmodulen „Grundlagen historisch-kulturwissenschaftlichen Denkens“, Theorien und Methoden der Urgeschichte und Historischen Archäologie“ und „Naturwissenschaftliche Methoden der Urgeschichte und Historischen Archäologie“ gesprochen. Besteht das erste Semester also nur aus diesen Teilen (das wird so Empfohlen sich das so im ersten Semester aufzuteilen) oder gibt es auch Möglichkeiten sich hier schon Wahlmodule zu bestimmten Epochen auszusuchen?
2) Die Wahlmodule zu bestimmten Epochen gibt es nicht jedes Semester, es werden nur manche pro Semester angeboten. Wie beeinflusst dass mein Studium wenn eine gewisse Epoche einfach nicht angeboten wird? Verpasst man da dann praktisch was?
3) Es gibt einen großen Zeitsprung bei den Wahlmodulen Eisenzeit und Spätantike. Sind die römische Republik und die griechische Antike den Klassikern vorbehalten oder kann man sich damit auch beschäftigen?
4) Gibt es Möglichkeiten sich mit bestimmten Epochen, die einen besonders interessieren, noch intensiver auseinanderzusetzen?
5) Wie stark liegt der Fokus auf dem Kulturraum Österreich? Wird auc auf Kulturen/Kulturräume im Ausland eingegangen? Inwiefern bereitet einem das Studium in Wien auf eine internationale Beruflaufbahn vor?
6) Es wird im Laufe des Studiums ein Auslandsaufenthalt empfohlen. Gibt es hier bestimme Partnerunis im Ausland, wenn ja welche?
7) Wie kann man das Gelernte während dem Studium anwenden?
Es geht mir hier um den Bachelor btw. Ich bin auch schon an der Uni Leiden in den Niederlanden angenommen worden, was wirklich eine Top Uni ist für Archäologie, bin mir aber trotzdem unsicher.
Ich hab diese Fragen (so ähnlich) schon per Mail an die Uni geschickt, aber Schwarmwissen darf ja auch befragt werden :)

This is a collaboration of course but wouldn't have been possible without the CEO of Planet Labs, who is obviously open-minded. Some time ago I asked the PL CEO (in a Reddit AMA) if he'd be open to collaborating with the GP - he said he knew Avi Loeb and wouldn't be averse if "IF" there's something that could be done.
