I’ve been thinking for a few years now that I have joint hypermobility syndrome (or something similar), my joints click all the time, I can twist my arms in all sorts of directions, I can touch the floor without bending my knees etc (all that good stuff).
My right leg sometimes causes me pain, it seems to be when weight isn’t distributed properly in my hips and something happens where it goes really stiff and it’s so painful that I usually just have to lay and wait around for 15-30 minutes, and then I still can’t handle weight on it very well. It must be subluxation or something. This happened on Saturday and is still quite painful, I’ve also started to get bad lower back pain, I imagine from poor posture. I’m trying to see a GP about it but is there any point?
Can anyone speak from experience on this in the UK? Should I get diagnosed or will it be a long process to end with nothing?

After the surgery, the complainant experienced prolonged pain, hearing loss, and inability to close the eyes and mouth. Mr. Ganesh went for a review at Madras ENT Research Foundation where it was found that the complainant had developed Grade IV facial palsy, a neurological disorder. The complainant underwent another surgery in Chennai on November 18, 2020.
Subsequently, the petitioner filed a complaint before the DCDRC in Cuddalore. The commission headed by the president and Judge D. Gopinath held that though there is no conclusive evidence to demonstrate that surgery was negligently performed at Kannan Hospital, there is, however, sufficient evidence to show a serious deficiency in the overall medical services.
The commission observed serious lapses in the informed consent procedures, a lack of transparency in billings, and an overall lack of proper duty of care. My NMom died last month and the house she lived in we both co-owned together, so now the home is mine. She had my step-farther and two sisters living there as well.
During my mother's funeral, my sister wanted me to give her until the end of July so that she can find an apartment, which I was cool with it, I even offered to sell the home to my step-father if he could qualify for the mortgage.
During this time, apparently my NMom rekindled a relationship with her sister whom she haven't spoken with in four years, and she attempted to take over my arrangement with my siblings and wanted me to promise them that they can stay as long as they want, which I simply refused. She even tried to false accuse me of a crime, saying that I was abusing her because I refused to promise that I would give them an unlimited stay, but luckily I was recorded the conversation and told her I did, so she ran out the house. . Two weeks ago, I get a call from my grand grandmother and she was under the impression that I told my sisters that they needed to leave ASAP, which I never said. Apparently my aunt was spreading this lie around to the entire family. So to counter the narrative I drafted leases for all of them detailing the terms that they can stay until August and if they need more time then we will handled it on a case by case basis.
I had then sign the lease yesterday and my sister was having a fit. I stood my ground and told her that if she didn't sign that I was going to give her a notice to vacate. I'm not going to stand having people bad mouth me but benefit from me at the same time. She signed that lease quick and fast, but she was also texting my aunt in the background.
After signing the lease, I was going to disconnect the cable and install equipment from a different providor which would have been cheaper for me. I explained that I was going to replace my equipment but my sister yelled and screamed saying that she would get her own internet and that she already has home internet because her phone has 5G.
I acknowledged her request and I took all of my equipment home leaving them with no phone, TV, or internet. While my sister attempts to get service from a provider which is not in the area.
All in all, my mom was a manipulative individual used and abused all of her children for her own benefit. She used me to buy a house when she ruined her financial life, she used my sister and deprived her of a high school education, and she robbed my ausitic sister from having a social life. Now my extended family hates me because I decided to leave and live a life that makes me happy and that I'm holding them accountable to their promises.
I didn't really have any questions, just wanted to vent.

It’s taken until now for the SLC to notice they aren’t getting their usual PAYE contributions and want me to update my details otherwise they will apply a penalty interest rate to my loan.
I’m not about to lie to them so as I see it I have two options:

I’m not about to lie to them so as I see it I have two options:
- Inform them of my current situation and set up a direct debit, or:
- Do nothing - They have no system for claiming the money from me if I’m not earning in the UK and even if I do return, the interest on the loan is already greater than my repayments anyway unless I have an increase in my income. The loan is written off in 2046 anyway so the strategy should be to minimise the total payments until this date. From this point of view the sum of the loan is meaningless. The government website states the loan does not leave an imprint on credit score, and I already have a mortgage.

Other than that Tony does everything under the sun. He does the numbers, bets football, baseball, the horses & he HOSTS poker games, but he doesn't play in them?
