so about an month ago I had to go to the doctors office for a check up and my dad measured me with a tape measure it was bare foot and it was in the morning and I got measured at 190 cm 6’3 when i went to the doctors office the nurse said you are 188 cm 6’2 it was in the afternoon so I don’t know if that had anything to do with it it’s just a curiosity thing tbh can I tell people I’m 190?

Me (18F) and my boyfriend (18M) have been together for 2 years. We were together through high school, went to both proms together, and we were each other's first. For a few months, I have been thinking of ending the relationship. I think we aren't mature for each other, or even right. First, his home life and parents. His parents are a wreck. His home is a mess, and only ever sees cleaning in his room, but only when I'd go over there or tell him to, never on his own initiative. They have a bunch of stray cats, and I have a cat at home who now has worms because I was playing with his cats (will wash hands next time). They do not have running water and have leakage damage because his father refuses to get it fixed. Going to school with him was a hassle because some people would tell me he stinks as if it wasn't obvious. It's not as if he's oblivious to it, no matter how much fabreez or cologne he would spray, he would still stink (they smoked in his house and never cleaned the litter boxes). Second, money and a ride. We both used to ride the same school bus together, but when I got a car we decided I would just take us to school and back home. I didn't mind this at first, we were going to the same place and lived roughly 3 minutes away from each other, he was just down the road. Then the issues started to rise up. There was never any appreciation until I brought up how I don't get appreciated for it. Being together in a car every morning and every afternoon made me crave being alone because I was with him every single day. Being together this much started to agitate me. We would argue a lot more about God knows what. I'm taking college classes, I was while I was still in high school. I kept my grades up, I had a job after school and earned my money, I saved up for future expenses. He never had a job, a car, or a will to explore things for a possible career. He sat on his butt and played video games most of the time. It was either fishing, going to town with me, or playing video games because he had "nothing else to do." I get that it takes time to find what you want to do for a living, but you will never find it if you do not think about it. I play video games a lot! But I balance it out between school work and my job. He is currently waiting for his parents to still call the insurance company and see how much it will be, and has been for at least a month. Everytime we have gone out to town, I have paid for everything. Third, hygiene. I am a clean person, I vacuum, shower, and sweep when I get home. I had to tell him how to wash his face to get eye boogers out of his eyes, and he has holes in his teeth. I felt my attraction towards him drop when I told him he could clean his face with a water bottle when his house water wasn't on. I also got worms from his house, pinworms to be exact. I am now plagued with them and still in the process of getting rid of them to this day. Never had them before I went to his house and used his toilet. Fourth, health problems. He has respiratory issues because his parents smoke in the house, so whenever I'm with him he's coughing up stuff, and making this disgusting noise to bring stuff up and out of his throat.
Certain things about him (now) make me unattracted towards him, and make it hard for me to do any "romantical" action with him. I have been patient, but I have been thinking about breaking it off for a while. He knows this, and I hate hurting him by doing this waiting game. What if I leave and he suddenly gets his life together and starts doing things he could have done in the relationship? I feel selfish for this. I want to leave but can't imagine being with anyone else because he is genuinely sweet and has made it clear that he loves me. Is there any advice anyone can give me?

I have very few cars, just started playing a month and half ago, not all are max stars or max upgraded but i do have 2 mil credits in stockpile for anything to get max upgraded when they star up.

Female, 29- my 6 month old son developed a severe case of hand foot and mouth he got from daycare 11 days ago (5/18/23). I started showing symptoms 5/25/23- extreme sore throat, high fever for 3 days, then started developing the rash/blisters all over my body. My hands have gotten the worst of it and are extremely itchy, painful, and feel like thousands of pins and needles are in them. I went to urgent care because no doc is open and the PA basically told me numbness/tingling isn’t a symptom of hfm and that if it gets worse go to the hospital. Is this true that it isn’t a symptom? I’m feeling it in my hands and feet where I have huge amounts of the virus. Everyone keeps telling me just give the virus time to run its course but I’m so completely miserable and in pain. The PA gave me oral prednisone because I can’t take the itchy pain in my hands any longer. I did not ever have hfm as a child.

Hello fellas, i hope you have a beautiful day! I am 21 years old 6'3feet 187 pounds guy. Ive been training body weight fitness for more than 3 months after quiting gym and rowing 3 years ago. I am having crazy gains with a good diet and recomended routine, however i am having big amounts of strain on my shoulders when i am doing dips. My warmup sessions are full of rotator cuff and shoulder exercises wirh bands as well and doing them since ive started doing exercises again so i dont think mobility is the problem. Ive watched many many videos on youtube, checked many reddit posts to be sure that my form is right but i am still unsure if my form is the reason or maybe dips are not suitable for me. Ive been training dips for more than 1.5 months, started with 5 reps each set but now i am capable of doing 8-7 reps each set, since ive been increasing my TOTAL reps that day by 1 each workout session. Ive been also thinking that maybe my body is not capable of recovering fast enough, since ive been having 1 rest day between each workout. Im new to reddit and BWF sub reddit, i have a recording of my form but couldnt figure out to upload it here :( Im open for any kind of suggestions about what i am doing wrong or how can i improve anything :)

I’m 6’3 170ish lbs. I’m taking whitewater kayak lessons and I tend to bug my own boat within the next month or so. I want to say they put me in a Medium Pyranha Scorch for my first lesson. With being new to the sport, what size would you suggest / type of boat that I should be on the lookout for? I’ll be buying second hand and am in a few whitewater gear facebook groups in my area.

I am a recent college graduate (23/M). I studied supply chain management, finished with a strong GPA (3.6), have a ton of work experience from working while attending school and have a long list of qualifications that most people my age do not, since I had to work full time basically since I was legally able to. I have a solid resume and good references. And yet, ever since I got laid off from my job in February I’ve been jobless.
I’ve tried everything. Everything you can think off; LinkedIn, indeed, google Jobs, ZipRecruiter, even staffing agencies. I’ve gone to offices in person and asked about available positions. I’ve applied to over 800 jobs and it’s always the same; ghosted, rejected, or it’s a scam. I’ve looked for work in other cities and other states and still no luck. I’ve applied for jobs I’m overqualified for and still nothing. I’ve even lied on certain applications to try and make myself look better. Still nothing.
Before uni, everyone told me SCM is a great industry, rapidly expanding, lots of job opportunities. And yet I’ve seen none of that. I feel like I wasted my time learning about something I don’t really care that much about only to end up in a even worse position. If I had known it was going to be like this I would’ve studied something that actually makes me happy.
And now, almost 4 months after my layoffs I’m dead broke. I don’t have the money to pay any of my bills and I don’t have a support network to help me out. A few more weeks and I will end up on the streets.
It just makes me so angry. I didn’t give up all this time and energy only to get put into a situation like this. I didn’t go to college to get a degree that brings me nothing. I am thousands of dollars in debt and the only thing I can do is look at how awesome everyone else’s lives are. I hate it so much and at this point I’ve just given up and accepted the inevitable.

Hi,
I had opened LG's Onscreen utility and it wanted to update the Firmware, after a hour it completed. I had last done this 3 or so months ago so it was already fairly current.
It appears it is now SV4.07_DV51_NV6.07_20230522 , I do not notice any difference, but my question was does LG ever release a changelog or notes on the updates? Just curious since I have looked everywhere and cannot find anything.

What to do with large sum of money.
Basically I’m moving to the state above me working for the same company for a promotion. I currently own a home where I live and am able to pay for everything for my wife dog and cat on just my income. Owe 240,000 more on the house at 2.25% and im 22 going on 23. This promotion will probably net me anywhere from 3-10k more a year depending on bonuses. I made 70K last year but had to work pretty hard for it and I assume the salary of this position will be at least 70K if not more with quarterly bonuses of a few thousand dollars. It’s the job I want and I know it’s probably stupid to leave my house I own at such a damn good interest rate but this promotion takes me from a pest control technician to a operations manager and it’s a step closer to district manager and future promotions and way more money then I could ever make as a technician. So assuming I get the job my wife and is have a child on the way and she will not be willing to get a job for a few months after having the baby (rightfully so) so I doubt I’ll be able to move directly into a house from this house and I’m pretty confident I’m going to have to just rent for a while. I’ve looked at prices and I also personally think interest rates should start dropping (and maybe house prices although I know I can’t time It) soon. I don’t think there is anyway it’s going to be a house to house move so now that you all have all the context. I bought my house for 250,000 assuming I sell I’ll have paid a little over 10K off principal and my realtor and every other resource are pretty confident I can sell for at least 300,000K I figure when all is said and done I should have ~40K lump sum of cash and if we rent for a year or so to help build a larger down payment and emergency fund I don’t want that much money just sitting in my checking account. What do I do with it to make me money in the mean time?

Hopefully someone on here could please guide me towards a solution to this problem I’ve been having with my Photon Mono X 6k.
My brother and I got this printer for Christmas and so far we’ve been able to make two successful prints (Anycubic Latticed Cube and the Lychee Chicken) using our basic understanding and the Anycubic documentation.
The first print, I leveled the bed using the paper method I was told to do, filled the vat with Anycubic ABS-like grey resin, and away we went. Worked great.
A month or two passed. We changed our ventilation strategy, and in the meantime I cleaned out the vat and put the resin back in the bottle. Just a couple of weeks ago, I releveled the bed and poured the resin back into the vat. Lychee Chicken was printed successfully without issue.
… Now for our third print, I was attempting to print off this Clodsire (https://www.printables.com/model/364615-pokemon-inspired-clodsire-tabletop-dnd-miniature) by PixelChroniclesMiniatures. I go to hit print… and the motor starts whirring as the bed hits the FEP. We have a magnet and flex plate attached to the bed, but that hasn’t been an issue with our past two prints.
Since this print refused to start, I’ve tried: 1. Removing the vat and cleaning the bed. Releveled using the paper method, (everything appeared fine, no grinding when I hit home), so I hit Z=0 to confirm the position. Put the vat containing resin back in, hit print, motor buzzes after it submerges and tries to start. 2. I did this same exact thing again but this time being even more attentive to detail, watching this video by spidiq8 (https://youtu.be/gDARzoyDt9E). I played with the .1mm button until the drag on the paper felt just right when I pulled and pushed on it. Hit Z=0 to confirm the position. Put the vat containing resin back in, hit print, motor buzzes after it submerges and tries to start. 3. Just today tried a method of leveling from J3D-Tech’s guide (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Z8fkzOxEgI9sOTwDKI6CeblpnuP4V8ayYVwZrYGmo44/mobilebasic#) where I keep the vat and resin where it is, and level by applying medium pressure against the FEP while tightening the screws. I couldn’t even get to that point, because when I went to hit home and the bed sunk down into the resin, it buzzed once it met the FEP and couldn’t even complete its homing process…
So I can’t print anything. Needless to say this has been quite the pain in the rear for me. I’m sorry for how long this post is, but I felt the need to document this issue I’ve been going through as best as I could so that you have most if not all of the information you need. If someone could please help me through this, I would appreciate it. Thank you.
