I have been tasked to use LinkedIn to boost awareness of our conference (and website) we're hosting on October. Target audience or reach is worldwide. So we welcome anyone from anywhere in the world. We need as much traffic to our LinkedIn page as possible and to generate 500 ticket sales through our linked website.

After nearly three weeks of taking 20mg Prozac after coming of Venlafaxine, I've just hit a period where I'm feeling like I'm losing the plot - things seem unreal, like I'm not grounded in reality. This really frightened me today as I've not experienced this for years. Should I be concerned or could this just be anxiety/sleep deprivation? I've had terrible insomnia since starting on Prozac and I'm exhausted even though my mood is quite high and energetic. Any advice or similar experiences?

I finally acquired my LFL in December. In January with the ground still not frozen I decided to set up my LFL, Picked out my place and started digging a hole. Chopping though tree roots, having over dressed, heating up. I stopped digging went inside to rest. My wife was trying to log-on to her Facebook and having trouble. We had no internet connection. I had cut through the phone cable, and tree roots. I haven't seen to many of the visitors to my LFL, but a few I did see stand out. A grandpa and two little grand daughters, picking out books, the grand daughters hugging their books and skipping back to the car. One weekend a car setting next to the yard with the trunk up, I walked out, a community neighbor was sorting through boxes of books, she was distributing books from a local author and publisher I didn't know we had in our community. Another group of children where doing a community gift of coloring books and crayons to LFL in the area. All of the original books that I have started with are gone, I now have books from two states away from used library book sales. I keep a photo record of the books in my LFL each time there is a large exchange of books. The past five months has been a happy time every day to see what new book has dropped in for a rest, which one has continued on its world journey.

I apologize if this is rambling but I have been trying to collect my thoughts for a long time…
I am at a complete loss as to what to do about the dead bedroom my wife and I are going through these days. A little background:
We met in April of 2016 and moved in together about 6 months later and were engaged after about a year. We were married in 2017 and she got pregnant with our daughter in 2018. All throughout the time we were dating/engaged and first married we had a really good sex life. Once she got pregnant she had zero sex drive. I know that pregnancy can mess with hormones a lot so I didn’t think too much about it. After she gave birth her libido never returned. Since she got pregnant I could probably count on one hand the number of times we have had sex. We are nearing the 4 year mark of the last time we had sex. I have tried multiple different things to get her in the mood such as planning fun dates, romantic dates etc. I also know her love language is acts of service so I have tried cleaning up the entire house to relieve that stress off of her.
We have had multiple conversations about our sex life (or lack thereof) and have never resolved anything. Last October I finally told her I felt like I wanted us to try and find some kind of counseling to see if that could help. The night I asked her about this she was upset (and rightfully so, I can understand why she would have an emotional response to it) and felt like it was sprung on her but neither of us has mentioned it since then.
I am looking for any kind of advice on what I can say or do to find a way to resolve this. In every other way she is a great partner and mother but this has really taken a toll on me. Mentally i understand it should not be impacting my self confidence but it really has. I am not looking for the “get divorced” or “find someone else to have sex with” advice but real honest advice about how I can either help her resolve it or something I can say to help her see that counseling may be the right option.

My friends and I went to a music festival and chose to rent an RV for the weekend to use for camping. Almost immediately the generator stopped working. We attempted to reach the company and they didn’t answer for 2 days, and they replied with “Did you try turning it off and on again?”
The festival was in Las Vegas and temperatures were 90+ the entire weekend. We couldn’t sleep more than 3 hours a night because of how hot it would get inside that metal box with no A/C. We had to throw away all of our refrigerated food. When the RV was returned the company claimed that the generator was working perfectly fine (a blatant lie). They have offered a $200 refund and the 3rd party booking company has also offered a $250 refund, however we paid $2702 for the RV and it was completely unusable. Does my group have a case to sue to get our money back, and would it even be worth it?

i finally domesticated a stray cat that was leaning towards becoming feral after 2 years of hard work. i neutered him last friday and he passed away this tuesday. i am severely struggling with his loss but that is a conversation for another day, i guess. i’ve noticed that because of his upbringing my cat had many neighbourhood friends and there is one particular cat that has been visiting my garden crying. this particular cat has never taken any interest in my garden however i would see him walking around with my cat all the time before. he won’t stop smelling the area where he’s buried whilst crying and i just don’t know what to do. it’s killing me even more having to see this.

I'll try to keep this brief, but I'm feeling really isolated in this and don't have anyone else to share this with.
I (22F) was diagnosed with ADHD last October, and my boyfriend (27M) was diagnosed with ADHD last Feburary. We've known eachother for years after meeting through a video game. I lived in Canada and he lived in the US. We started dating a year ago and I came to visit him in November for two months. During this trip, I decided I wanted to go back to school and moved in with him in January of this year to go to a community college.
I found out that he had been flirting with and exchanged nudes with an online friend in December since the beginning of our relationship. So that's fun 🤩. Considering how well we work and our history, I agreed to try to work through it with him. He dropped all communication with her.
A month ago, I found out that he had a brief period of time where he was flirting with a different girl online, but quickly caught himself and stopped. Both times, I found out because I was suspicious and saw their DMs. He blamed both cases on him having bad ADHD, being addicted to sex/flirting, and other potential undiagnosed conditions.
Both of these events seriously destroyed my self-confidence and really fucked with me.
Since then, I'm still living with him but I've been severely unhappy, and way more anxious/depressed than I've ever been in the past. I considered myself very mentally healthy before finding out, and now I feel like it really fucked me up.
We're doing couples therapy soon, but my anxiety makes it impossible to trust him. I've gained stress-weight, am not sleeping properly, and just overall feel like I've made a mistake. What really isn't helping is how the responsibilities at home are distributed.
I'm a pretty messy person but ironically, having a messy/cluttered space really stresses me out. So, I usually have to make myself clean. My boyfriend is similar to me in that he's messy, but unlike me, he never cleans it. I have to do the dishes because he's "bad at it". I have to do the cooking because he "doesn't know how". I have to wipe the table and make the bed and put clothes away because if I don't, our tiny studio apartment will become unbearable to live in.
I have to put an outrageous amount of energy into not only cleaning up after myself (which is already a feat in itself bc sis I am literally so messy it's not even funny), but also now cleaning up after a grown ass adult man. The mess is always an ADHD-mess, so you guys know how bad it can get lol💀💀
I'm 22 so I don't even feel like an adult yet. Lowkey still feel like a teen sometimes ngl. I just moved to the US far from any family (I was living in Canada but all family is 8000+ miles away in different countries), and don't know anyone else in the States. The fact that I'm basically having to do all the work for a guy who has cheated on me twice feels unreal. I don't know what I'm doing and, from an outside perspective, it probs sounds insane.
I can't tell my family about the infidelity issues, because otherwise they'd want me to move out ASAP and it would severely hinder my plans here (going to a CC, transferring to a university, proving I can be a responsible adult, etc.). I don't have any friends here to turn to, either.
I don't have anyone else and it's scary.
Any (non-judgemental) advice, suggestions, or similar experiences would be really appreciated

I found a 2003 z4 for sale, I am planning on looking at next week is there anything I should look out for? What are the most common issues with the car?

Our 9 month old just will not nap. Sleeps fine at night but during the day won't sleep. She becomes totally hysterical because she's so tired. Screaming, crying, thrashing around.
We try to rock her to sleep but as soon as she starts to doze off, she fights it and wakes up continuing to scream. When we finally do get her to sleep (which at times consists of letting her cry it out in her crib for upwards of 2hrs) it lasts 30min of we're lucky.
Today we got a one hour nap in and that's the longest we've had in weeks.

I miss my wife. She passed 3 years ago and I sleep in the same room she died in. What the hell is wrong with me? I can't bring myself to move, but I have not seen another human being in person for almost three years. She did not approve of me seeing other people. It upset her that I would want to spend any time away from our house. Now I just live here alone, still afraid of her. I do not know what the hell I am supposed to do. I loved her more than anything. Nothing matters more to be than expecting her wishes, but I am alone. Is there anything more than this ?

I was doing some light coding for fun this evening, and I thought of somthing. Though not by a large margin, it is more efficient to sort scenarios in order of likelihood using if and else statements. But is it good practice to have blank if statements? For example, let's assume we have a counter k, and we want to know how many numers up to 2,000,000,000 are divisible by 5. Obviously, we could just divide this number by 5 and find out, but pretend, for the sake of the example, that we can not. Also obviously, a number will be divisible by 5 in only 20% of the cases. So, would a code (written in C) like this

else k++;}

It's something that might seem insignificant, but I often find myself wondering stuff like this, and I couldn't find a thread online asking this exact question, anywhere.

My mom got a letter from a participant at her yoga class and my father thinks she is cheating now and he is being very agresive now threatening her to leave the house, doesn't let her sleep and asks her for that guys number and I tried to convince my mother to give him the fucking number but she doesn't want them to fight cause my dad doesn't seem that he only wants to fight ( i hope I'm wrong) and now my mother wants to move out with me but I can't take a decision like this this fast How can I stop this if he doesn't want to stop till he gets the number and she won't give the number cause she doesn't want to involve a random guy in this shit hole

Hello there. I've recently noticed, that whenever I do some pull ups right before bed, my dreams become much more vivid and my dream recall improves. Because of this, I'm planning on experimenting with some excercise during WBTB after I sleep for 5 hours.
Most online guides say, you should avoid doing anything that will prevent you from falling asleep again. I don't believe I would encounter this issue (with just 5hrs of sleep)
Is this technique anything you've come across? Is it useful, or will it be deterimental for lucid dreams?

Hi, im quite new to reddit but id just like to say how thankful i am for this group.Ive finally managed to find a bra that fits me thanks to the helpful people in this subreddit. I used to wear 32b,32c and 34c interchangeably changing the tightness of the band and straps. They never fit me properly and i did my research, went on tiktok and found “a bra that fits” online, i measured myself and it said 28dd. It at first made no sense to me since i have small boobs and a small ribcage however i found out about this reddit page, downloaded the app and explored to see if anybody had the same problems i did, to my surprise i actually found people that had similar problems to me in terms of fitting and also experiences about being told my boobs were “too small” to be a dd cup. I’ve learned so much from this page of wonderful educational people from how bra sizing works,how boobs can be different shapes and along with that different bras for those shapes,how a bra should look and fit and it has honestly helped me so much.
Once i found out my bra size I went to clothes shops such as Primark to find bras in a 28dd only to find how there were none in that band size, i also told my mum about what bra size i thought i had and she immediately shut me down and said that i couldn’t be a dd cup(she has a lot bigger boobs than me, she also has the same problem as me not being able to find bras in her size instores) we then went online and saw how expensive they were ranging from £28-56, she said id have to save up my own pocket money to buy “these sort of bras” since she didnt want to be paying so much money for something i wasnt even certain would fit me.
But i went onto Boux Avenue and found bras in a sale ranging from £10-18 and thought id buy one before the sale was over to try some out. I was so nervous when it arrived but tried it on and to my surprise along with excitement and relief it fit me.Ive shown my mum how it fit and she brought me 3 more from the sale, she also uses this online shop for her bras too, they are quite useful for affordable bras ranging from 28A to 44F. Sorry this went on for so long but i just wanted to share this to express how much i am thankful for being able to find a bra that fits from every helpful person in this subreddit. I hope this maybe was helpful for some people that have the same issues i had and wishfully some hope for people who feel they want to give up trying to find their own bra that fits,finally to give people the recognition they deserve here for being so kind and considerate to those people who want to find a bra that fits.
