I am at the bottom of the barrel with this. I have become hyper aware of reality and existence I cannot see it any other way now. These thoughts have exposed me more than ever and it’s so dark. Humans looks weird, my family looks weird, animals, food, cars, and the list goes on. My vision even looks like I’m watching a movie out of it. It’s like HD and detailed and also on widescreen mode.
Am I fucked forever? Or is there some way out of this? Please tell me there is. I’d pay so much money to see reality how I did even 2 weeks ago and I was still bad. I just keep spiraling every hour it seems like. I don’t have an appetite, I’m not sleeping. It feels like I’ve been up for days at this point. I am in therapy currently and don’t think it’s helping either.

So I'm dealing with a situation where I need to temporarily store some glassware (jars).
We have a dusty environment, and our building has an ongoing roach problem which sometimes invades our apartment.
Ideally I'd find a straight sided bin with a tight lid and flat bottom to store all the glasses, I can't find that for some reason. All the bins I find are either without lids, or they taper so that the nest when stacked.
I started with stacking the jars on their sides in a bin, because it was too short to store them upright, but every time I move it the glasses hit each other and I felt it was slowly damaging them and making them more prone to breakage. Sure enough the bin tipped over and lightly hit something, and a couple glasses broke.
I found another bin that is tall enough to hold the glass jars upright, and somewhat straight sized (vertically straight, not tapered), though an irregular shape, because I guess it's aesthetic? And the bottom isn't perfectly flat. Because the bottom isn't flat the jars tip over.
I made a cardboard grid to put inside the box to keep the glasses from hitting each other, but the bin is slightly wider than the grid, so when tipped, everything slides, and the glasses at the edges tip over. I tried stuffing it with t-shirts but that didn't solve it.
I have different sized bins with similar problems. They're not flat bottomed, or they're tapered so the glasses on the sides keep tipping up against the side.
I have seen someone use a milk crate, which has flat sides and even bottom, but it's open, so dust and roaches can crawl in.
I thought of sticking one of those fabric folding cubes into a millk crate, but that still doesn't have a lid. Also the cube is too tall for the crate, so I can't stack the crates. I would need to stack 2-3 milk crates.
I wasted my free time today with my head spinning because I don't know what to do, and because I can't make a decision, everything else is piling up. I pretty much just had a panic attack a few min ago and shut down/passed out for a while.
I know people ship/deliver glass bottles all the time (beer bottles etc), my jars are a bit wider than that though. There has to be a way to do this.

Then put it in a bottle and store in the fridge.
Poor some of this into your tea or juice or water. Fill 32oz water with water and some citrus and you will have lots of energy.

Put all liquid in a food processer and mix then poor into a bottle this does not have to be refrigerated. Take 2-3 cap fills a day when you wake up.

It is tedious and could be a lot of work but if you care about your life, you should do these things bc you will benefit from it. It will make your life easier and happier. On top of this I have a skin care routine of natural face cleansers and serums, I don’t make a lot of money either, but I need these things to survive. I pray and have a God of my understanding. I am consistent with prayer and that is when life got easier. These assholes will go to any lengths to hurt us we should go to any lengths to beat their tech and learn how to defend ourselves for a better quality of life. I know a lot about this tech, but if you’re not ready for the truth it might be overwhelming. There is always more to learn. Just because you think you have everything figured out there are more layers to be understood and figured out. Our own perception cannot be trusted but under the lies there’s truth depends on the people that can give you these answers. I have researched but nothing is more rewarding than firsthand experience from another Ti’s. You must trust someone to see if you are wrong or right.  | Hello all, I’m looking to switch a high amperage (~20A) AC load at 120 V and I need to find the right relay to use. submitted by Ltrajn to ElectricalEngineering [link] [comments] For context: the load is a DC power supply which powers an electromagnet. The electromagnet has a cooling system and my task is to implement a water flow sensor which will shut off power to the DC supply when it senses no water. I already have the water flow sensor and it is hooked up to an Arduino which outputs 5V DC when water is flowing. My plan was to use a Solid State Relay to switch the line voltage (which is coming from the wall outlets) and use the Arduino to control the gate. My problem: the SSR gets too hot. The one I got claims to be rated for 40A/240V but is reaching 80 degrees C after just 10 minutes of use. I made a DIY shunt to measure the current being drawn by the circuit and I got an estimate of 22A. However, the outlet through which this is all running has a 20A breaker which hasn’t been tripped yet so Im guessing the true current being drawn is something just below 20A. Proposed plan: I read on EE Stack Exchange about a device which used a SCR and a relay in conjunction to switch AC line loads. The SCR does the actual on/off switching and the relay switches on a little later to carry the bulk of the load. I would like to implement a similar set up. My question: what relay should I get? Ive been doing my research and have found relatively cheap ones with contact ratings of 30A @ 400VAC, but I’ve heard that these ratings are typically for resistive loads only and that for inductive loads you’ll need 10x that. What relays do people use to switch high amperage AC lines and are they affordable? Is there a rule of thumb to follow for how high to set the rating? How will I know how hot they will get/what the absolute temperature rating is. Also, any advice on my project as a whole would be very much appreciated. Thank you for reading. |

 | There is a light in one of our bedrooms which has a black wire and a white wire that run up and over the door to the other side of the door to another box that has a three separate black wires (4 including the one from the light switch) and three black wires (4 including the black from the light switch) we are trying to use the empty box with all the wires into an outlet for our oldest son ( more outlets the better as he’s a gamer and getting older so needs more stuff plugged in). Hubby tried putting an outlet in and at first we lost control of the light, but the outlet worked when the light switch was on the “on” position, but no light. We tried different variations and we got the light to stay permanently on where it was on regardless which position the switch was on but it still controlled the outlet, so if light switch was on the light was on and outlet worked, if light switch was OFF the light stayed on but the outlet stayed off. I have a lot of long term residents at Charley's House being overlooked. Stark is one of them. Stark was pulled from Wake County with Mira, Ray, and Carter in October. The other 3 found their homes MONTHS ago and Stark hasn't even had the chance to leave Charley's House. Not even for a foster. 😔 I know people hear "only dog" and automatically become uninterested in Stark but I can tell you that Stark does play with other dogs in playgroups, he just doesn't share space in the home with other dogs well. Stark is very obedient. He is house trained and crate trained. Stark knows commands: sit, down, stay, off and has impeccable recall. He walks GREAT on leash with minimal pulling and has almost no leash reactivity. (One dog one time was freaking out with anxiety at the vet's office and Stark didn't like that). Stark is REALLY good at keeping himself busy. He will occupy his time doing zoomies in the yard while throwing toys in the air. He will do this all day while you work from home if you'd let him. If you don't work from home- Stark is perfect for someone with a long work day wanting the companionship of a dog. He has never had an accident in his crate. He is happy to wait for you to come home, feed him, let him get some toy/yard time and then he's down for the snuggle! I really don't know why this boy is being overlooked. He completely knows not to f*ck with my cats and he does great with my son. He'd be a really good dog for someone that is a first time dog owner looking for an easy dog already trained. He even rides in the car well. Stark's adoption fee is only $100. I'm watching him lose hope as all his friends come and go while he is left behind. This boy is perfect. I swear. During the due diligence period, our attorney told us that the electrical permit was still open. It had to be closed before closing.
So I reached out to the GC. We had already paid the final balance. He said that it was self-certification so it would take a couple of days. However, DOB demanded an inspection.
Apparently the electrician filed an electrical permit for replacing the panel. But when the DOB inspector saw the new lights, outlets, etc. the inspector told us to amend the permit to include all electrical work.
Now, according to the electrician in order to pass the inspection we need to have a new line to the bathroom outlets, replace some outlets, and so on. This will of course cost money. Who pays for this? Our GC says that he may charge us for additional work.
Just before the failed inspection we had an accepted offer. The buyers backed out after the failed inspection. We have another offer but we are afraid that the sign off will take another couple of weeks, if we don't pay.
Our contract says nothing about permits. The GC didn't want to file permits. But a DOB inspector stopped by (for something else but found our project) and gave us a warning to file for permits.
Who should pay for the additional work after a failed inspection?

So trying to figure out what muzzle to p/w onto the 14.5 barrel I ordered. Already have a corvus-ed A3 with a surefire brake for my RC2. The 14.5 will be used primarily with my A1 receiver and a retro stock. I 100% plan to grab a flow suppressor down the line whenever the 762 non-ti is released, but not sure how that can and flashhider look on an aug.
The surefire mounts can look pretty ok compared to the factory tulips, so want to see how they look with the huxwrx stuff.

As they drove back to the station, Jones felt exhausted and hungry. He needed something to cheer him up and boost his energy. He decided to stop by his favorite shop, Donut Delight, and treat himself to a dozen of his favorite donuts. He had been a loyal customer for years, and the shop owner, Mr. Lee, always greeted him with a smile and a discount.

He noticed that the cash register was open and empty. There were signs of a struggle on the floor. He saw a trail of blood leading to the back door.
He followed the trail and opened the door. He gasped at what he saw.
There, in the alley behind the shop, were Mr. Lee and his staff, tied up and gagged. They had been beaten and tortured. And next to them, on a wooden crate, was a note.
It read:
"Dear Detective Jones, We have your donuts. If you ever want to see them again, you will drop the case against me and my gang. You have 24 hours to decide. Sincerely, The Donut Bandit"
Jones felt a surge of anger and disbelief. How dare this criminal take his donuts? How did he know about his weakness? How did he find out where he shopped? He looked at Mr. Lee and his staff, who were pleading with their eyes for help. He felt sorry for them. They were innocent victims of this madness.
He knew what he had to do.
He took out his phone and called Smith. “Smith, I need your help. I’ve found the Donut Bandit.”
“Who?”
“The Donut Bandit. The guy who’s been robbing donut shops all over town.” “Oh, him. Where are you?” “I’m at Donut Delight.” “Donut Delight? What are you doing there?” “Never mind that. Just get here as soon as you can. And bring backup.” “OK, OK, I’m on my way.”
Jones hung up and looked at the note again. He crumpled it in his hand and threw it away.
He wasn’t going to give up his case. He wasn’t going to give up his donuts. He was going to catch this bastard. And make him pay.

While making my way up to Runt’s hideout, I saw eight figures standing in a clearing with weapons drawn, four were lowly brigands in some nice armor and the other four were absolute Talmberger men donning the medieval equivalent of a juggernaut armor, with heavy shields and weapons to match.
As I listened, it seemed clear that the bandits made the grave mistake of trying to stick up the knights. The skirmish started and it was going as well as you’d expect.
Since I had a good standing with the folk of Talmberg I thought I should “aid” the knights by joining them in what I expected to be an extremely one sided shooting fish in a barrel, perhaps help myself to some of the spoils after the dust had settled.
As pebbles trotted forth, before I had even a moment to dismount and unsheathe my sword, all eight stopped fighting, decided to put their differences aside and unite in ending my time on this mortal plane. It was as if they collectively realized that their true purpose lay not in settling their own quarrels but making sure I had as many holes as a colander.
Both parties rushed me in similar fashion to a gaggle of geese chasing breadcrumbs, everything ended as quickly as it started. Lying there, bleeding from my numerous wounds, I half-expected them to exchange pleasantries. After all, what better way to forge friendships than by uniting against a poor deputized peasant?
TL;DR I think it’s an AI issue, I couldn’t git gud and I’m extremely salty.

I'm trying to imagine, because when I think of current flowing through a fence, like ok there is the wires of the fence that allow it to go, and the wires of the fence aren't very big, so if you force a lot of current through (with voltage) then is an analogy for that kind of like you are pushing water very hard through narrow pipes which can't go through but then you come along (as a huge pipe) and the water just floods through you.
Like, is it that the fence is a huge resistance, but only allows an outlet if you touch it kind of thing?

My poor little Chug is a grass licker and keeps getting kennel Cough from our walks around my apartment complex. It's time for vaccinations again for him and I was going to take him tomorrow and make sure he gets a bordetella vaccine, however, he's on day two of coughing and I have questions right now, while his shot clinic is closed. I will call tomorrow morning to ask them these questions but wanted to see what this community had to say in the meantime.
First, will I have to wait for him to get better before he can receive the bordetella vaccine (I have a small travel crate I can take him in to prevent spread if the clinic will allow him in)? Second, if yes, does anyone know if VetCo shot clinics can prescribe antibiotics? He's fought it off the previous times he's gotten it but I just feel so bad, I want to get him better quick and get him his shots. Would I have to seek a different type of vet place to get him antibiotics? Any insight/advice is appreciated, thanks all.

So I understand the threads are different between AR10 and AR15, however for the “standard” barrel nut, are the rest of the dimensions the same? I’ve seen that an AR15 barrel nut wrench can be used, so therefore could a drop-in free-float handguard like the Centurion work?
