2023.05.31 18:04 Fast-Service-280 ($BCNN) Management Discussion and Analysis – Outlook 2023

This management’s discussion and analysis (MD&A) includes information that will help you understand management’s perspective on the Outlook for 2023 for Balincan USA Inc (BCNN) and its subsidiary Tekumo LLC (the “Company”). We expect that the revenue generated over the next 12 months from our recent customer announcements will exceed more than $6 million.
As you review this MD&A, we encourage you to read our interim financial statements and notes for the quarter ended March 31, 2023, our consolidated financial statements and notes for the year ended December 31, 2022, and our Letter to Shareholders dated May 9, 2023 (all filed with OTC Markets).
Caution about forward-looking information
This MD&A includes statements and information about our expectations for the future. When we discuss our strategy, plans, future financial and operating performance, or other things that have not yet taken place, we are making statements considered to be forward-looking statements under United States (US) securities laws. Please see the disclosure relative to forward-looking statements at the base of this discussion.
CORPORATE OVERVIEW
The Company offers a service delivery platform that solves the "last-mile" of installing, monitoring, and maintaining technology systems and smart connected devices.
We play at the intersection of two major trends: the “Uber-ization” of product and service delivery, and the explosion of smart connected devices brought about by the “Internet of Things” (IoT). Our Service Delivery platform was designed to intelligently automate the installation and maintenance of products by offering On-Demand local technician resources, as well as providing a “smart interface” for the monitoring and management of connected devices.
This service platform caters for a broad range of technologies from POS systems, kiosks, digital menu boards, cameras, cabling, Wi-Fi and networking, to water and energy management, lighting and HVAC control, smart homes devices, wearable sensors, and access control.
Our platform results in “less people, less time and less cost” for our customers.
HISTORY & OUTLOOK
Tekumo started its journey as a small IT managed services company while we developed our Service Delivery Platform, recording service revenue of $2+ million in 2022 and 2021. We pivoted away from that managed service orientation to our real “soul” as a software-based solution at the end of 2022, having invested over $3 million in completing the Platform.
We have recently announced anchor customers in multiple industry segments. We expect that the revenue generated over the next 12 months from these announcements will exceed more than three times our previous annual revenue and will grow.
IT and Retail Services:
Most of our historical revenue has come from this segment. We have completed projects for such companies as Target, Home Depot, McDonalds, US Bank, 7Eleven, and AT&T. Our median work order is $250 for a 2.65-hour engagement.
Smart Homes/Buildings:
The Smart Home Industry is already large and is expected to grow quickly. We have installed smart door locks, smart switches, access control, smart thermostats, and water leak sensors at an average per unit revenue of $200-250.
Hospitality:
Regulations to protect employees and guests in hotels are changing rapidly. We have been engaged to install panic buttons and other wireless technologies in a leading hotel group. These projects will be sold on a monthly recurring revenue basis
Financial Summary:
Our gross margin of 40% from 2022/21 is expected to continue in 2023. Operating Expenses ran $2.2 million in 2022, and there will be no major changes in fixed costs. An expected $6 million revenue rate would result in a near cash flow breakeven, with a continued investment in our technology and sales efforts fostering growth into 2024. We expect to see the effects of these recent partnerships from Q3 onwards.
SUMMARY OF OUTSTANDING SHARES
As of May 29, 2023 our common share structure is:

During the first quarter, the Company only issued a total of 31,375,000 common shares pursuant to our Regulation 1-A offering filed with the Securities and Exchange commission as of September 23, 2022. Under such an offering, the Company may issue up to 100,000,000 shares.
Drawing down the balance of the Reg A offering will provide necessary working capital and will only result in outstanding shares of approximately 250 million.
COMPANY NAME AND TICKER CHANGE
On February 3, 2023 The Company announced that it had filed for a formal name and symbol change to Tekumo, Inc., TKMO, subject to the approval of FINRA. The Company has answered all questions as part of the preliminary review. However, there is a secondary review related to a filing that was not made back in 2010. This does not pertain to present management or operations, and we remain confident that we will announce a change in due course.

2023.05.31 18:04 sharkbait6767 Joint car loan

I'm looking to buy a house but my DTI seems to high for what I want. I have a car loan with a cosigner because my credit was too low when I got my car. If I have them take me off the loan and put it only in their name will my score drop from having the loan off my credit? It would free up $400 a month in DTI

2023.05.31 18:03 amckenzz Mom as sitter

FTM of 4 month LO. Went back to work beginning of May. Mom my insisted on doing all childcare when I returned to work and now has literally lost her mind. My LO has been reflux so she’s A LOT of hands on care. Every time my mom has her she wants to do whatever she wants and doesn’t listen to what my husband and I have told he we’d like her to do. She doesn’t handle stress well and gets easily frustrated and I kid you not is acting like a 2 year old. She has literally stormed out of our house multiple times just leaving the baby crying in the crib when I am still working (from home). She’s not told me she cannot handle 8/9 hour days or days in a row after again agreeing on all of this.
I’ve had multiple conversations with my mom about her behavior and she is not receptive to any advice or changing her behavior and believes my husband and I are the problem because we are not sleep training a reflux baby etc.
Unfortunately money is tight so having free childcare was really needed but it’s not good for our LO or us or her for that matter considering. I had to reach out to back up nanny who starts next week but is unavailable for 3 days out of the week as with another family.
Trying not to stress myself and now have to figure out how we’re going to afford child care as my husbands job doesn’t pay well. My husband can help a little.
Guess lesson learned about not having family members watch??? My mom needs some serious help which of course not reception to getting. Bad situation over here :(

2023.05.31 18:03 Whatsername868 Anyone know of some solid articles / writings about the vacant apartments / housing in NYC?

My friend and I have noticed so many apartments sitting empty, in nice areas (all over Manhattan for example), we really want to learn more about ... this. I know housing has become a form of wealth storage, like often housing now is less about "this is a place where someone can live" and more "I can own this and sit on it and it's just money for me." Wondering if there's some NYT articles about this subject or something similar.

2023.05.31 18:03 thisdogreallylikesme Illegal Short Term Rental in my neighborhood - now for LEASE!

I posted about a problematic STR in my neighborhood back in February during Mardi Gras. It's a big, old New Orleans house uptown with an out of state owner who was routinely renting out five dog-friendly units to guests - mainly using VRBO with a "cash only" option. On the suggestion of this subreddit, I checked the legal status of the rental (permits denied) and then reported the property via the government website. I also spoke to my city council person about it. The owners continued to rent the units with a housekeeper coming every few days as people came in and out.... as recently as two days ago. But then... today...
A magical FOR LEASE sign has gone out in front of the property!
I am happy to report that the methods set up by the city regarding STR reporting, while not immediate, ARE effective. Thanks to everyone who suggested solutions. :)

This is the reporting website I used: https://nola.gov/report-an-str-violation/

What inexpressible joy for me, to look up through the apple-blossoms and the fluttering leaves, and to see God’s love there; to listen to the thrush that has built his nest among them, and to feel God’s love, who cares for the birds, in every note that swells his little throat; to look beyond to the bright blue depths of the sky, and feel they are a canopy of blessing,—the roof of the house of my Father; that if clouds pass over it, it is the unchangeable light they veil; that, even when the day itself passes, I shall see that the night itself only unveils new worlds of light; and to know that if I could unwrap fold after fold of God’s universe, I should only unfold more and more blessing, and see deeper and deeper into the love which is at the heart of all.ELIZABETH CHARLES.

2023.05.31 18:03 London-Roma-1980 NON-CONFERENCE MATCHDAY 11 RESULTS

Basketball on Naismith Island is a game of 40 minutes. If you don't play all 40, you can lose a winnable game. See below.
*****
#1 UCLA 80, #8 Michigan 77. Every defensive positioning matters; every play matters; every call matters. It's how you remain the #1 team in the land.
Bill Walton took a charging foul from Chris Webber with 12 seconds left, then sealed the game after being fouled on the inbound, as the Bruins (11-0) stole one from the Wolverines (9-2) to run their winning streak to 48 games in a row.
"I don't know what the complaint is. I had the position, I was far enough away from the basket, and I kept myself still. Chris [Webber] ran into me. It was the right call," Walton claimed.
While block/charge calls will always be controversial, it helped that the result of the collision took Webber's shot off-line. This wasn't a case of Michigan losing the lead on the call; reverse it, and Webber would have gone to the line down one. Still, the feelings of coming close and being so far resonated in the Michigan locker room.
"You can't do that -- you can't make that call," Webber griped after the game. "You gotta let us play, man."
Walton led all scorers with 18 points; Juwan Howard led Michigan with 17.
#3 Kentucky 82, #5 Kansas 81, OT. Wilt Chamberlain has never fouled out. Critics would say that stat plays too heavily in his mind at crucial points in the game -- that if you get a fourth foul on him, he becomes weaker on defense and passive when he should be going for blocks.
Is that what happened here? Obviously we'll never know, but the talk will become louder.
Anthony Davis' dunk over Chamberlain -- whose block attempt seemed to be a product of hesitation -- provided the difference with 1.2 seconds left as the Wildcats (10-1) took out the Jayhawks (9-2) after 45 minutes of end-to-end action.
"Coach [Adolph] Rupp told us that late in games, you could go to the rim," Davis said after the game as Kentucky fans swarmed him. "I didn't know how many fouls anyone had, I just knew that we were one down and the best chance I had was to get inside and dunk it down. I was able to do that, and we won the game as a result."
For his part, Chamberlain denied that his four fouls affected the final play. "I thought I had an angle to block it, but I wouldn't have gotten my hands there in time. I was out of position trying to guard [Dan] Issel on the final play. That's not how you zone."
Chamberlain had a monster game, putting up 19 points, 10 rebounds, 7 assists, and 3 blocks. But it's another number that everyone will focus on -- 4, his foul total for the game.
John Wall led Kentucky with 15 points.
#4 Duke 73, #6 Michigan State 71. A common joke through the years has been that it just isn't a Duke season until they make someone hate them by ripping their proverbial hearts out.
Done.
Kyrie Irving's three-pointer as time expired silenced the partisan Michigan State crowd and lifted the Blue Devis (9-2) to a bounceback win over the Spartans (8-3) in a game both teams sorely wanted for different reasons.
"We needed that win, man," Duke forward Grant Hill, who led all scorers with 16 points, said after the game. "You come off a loss, you're facing an even tougher team, you gotta dig down deep. This was a gut check. We got what we needed."
Irving's last-second heroics -- or villainy, depending on whom you ask -- wiped out an incredible performance from Spartan guard Scott Skiles. With Jason Richardson in foul trouble and Magic Johnson as a shooting guard, Skiles turned back the clock and put up 11 assists to go with his 7 points. He found Johnson (14 points) with 7 seconds to go for the sky hook over Elton Brand that gave Michigan State a 71-70 lead and sent the crowd into a deafening roar.
That roar would go eerily quiet soon after.
*****
Elsewhere...
#25 Illinois 87, #12 Connecticut 70. Eddie Johnson had been hearing noise from the Auburn faithful saying he was an impostor and that the "real" Eddie Johnson resided on the Plains. Your move, Auburn.
Johnson stunned and thrilled the crowd by putting up 27 points with the help of seven three-pointers as the Fighting Illini (9-2) stole one from the Huskies (8-3), who had no answer on defense for Johnson's hot hand.
"Incredible," Huskies coach Jim Calhoun said while shaking his head at the post-game press conference. "I don't think I've seen something like that in some time. We knew [Derek] Harper could cause trouble, and I figured we had Red [Kerr] contained, but sometimes it's the last guy you expect."
As Connecticut attempted to double-team the red-hot Johnson, he made the passes needed to keep Illinois on track. Meyers Leonard was a major recipient of those passes, ending with 15 points of his own.
Cliffy Robinson led the Huskies with 16 points.
#2 North Carolina 101, #22 Florida 56. Note to self: never, ever, ever, EVER face Michael Jordan coming off of a close loss. Ever.
Jordan, who when given the green light is almost unbeatable, scored 33 points and had 10 assists as the Tar Heels (9-2) gave a rude welcome to the Top 25 to the Gators (8-3), disheartening the Florida crowd and leaving coach Billy Donovan without answers.
"You know, when you look up at the scoreboard and it's the first half and there you are down 30, 35 points... you try to tell your team to take it one possession at a time, but you know they're thinking about how big that hill is to climb and how close they are to the point of no return," Donovan said. "We spent the second half trying to get our plays in order so that when SEC season began, we wouldn't run into this trouble."
Jordan, for his part, wanted to make a statement in this game. With 6 minutes left in the second half, Jordan even seemed to refuse to come out of the game, much to his substitute Vince Carter's chagrin. Eventually Dean Smith called a timeout to remind Jordan who the coach was.
"Michael's competitive, and we usually like that," Smith said after the game. "Usually."
#9 Notre Dame 78, #11 Ohio State 68. Is Digger Phelps on pace to be a Coach of the Year? He has to be the leader at this point.
With John Havlicek off to a hot start, Phelps went to a bigger lineup, moving Austin Carr to point guard and bringing LaPhonso Ellis in to stop Havlicek's slashing to the hoop. It paid off: only two of Havlicek's 22 points came in the second half as the Irish (9-2) stormed back to beat the Buckeyes (8-3).
"Coach asked me to step up, and I was able to today," Ellis said after the game. "You're facing a tough lineup like that, and you gotta hope for the best. I was able to come through for the team."
Ohio State led 40-33 at the half, but a monumental turnaround began when the Irish cut off Ohio State's top scorer. From there, Adrian Dantley took over, getting 17 of his 22 points in the second stanza -- a near mirror of Havlicek.
"Whatever I said at halftime I need to bottle, don't I?" Phelps joked after the game.
#15 Southern Cal 64, #7 Syracuse 55. Both teams went to a zone defense to unsettle the opposing outside shooters and cut down the passing lanes. It worked, but one team found just enough offense to put themselves over the top.
Bill Sharman's 15 points led all scorers as Syracuse missed 22 of 25 three-point attempts and the Trojans (9-2) knocked off the Orange (8-3) in a game meant for the basketball purists.
"We got them to use almost all of the shot clock on every possession," Sharman said after the game. "When you get a lead, you gotta play airtight defense. I've talked to the guys about being ready to give 110% on both sides of the ball, and it worked tonight."
The first half of this game proved to be a war of attrition. Syracuse missed all 11 of their three-point attempts, while Southern Cal committed four different violations of the 30-second shot clock. The teams went into the locker room tied at 24.
"We need to forget this game as soon as possible," admitted Orange guard Dave Bing, who had 12 points. Carmelo Anthony finished with 10, but on 1-12 shooting from outside the arc.
#18 LSU 66, #19 Georgetown 57. The anticipated matchup was between big men Shaquille O'Neal and Patrick Ewing Sr. That matchup was a battle of the bulls, but it was the shooting guard matchup we should've watched.
Pete Maravich had 21 points, outscoring Allen Iverson by 10, while O'Neal and Ewing had 16 points each. That was the difference, more or less, as the Tigers (8-3) knocked off the Hoyas (7-4) in a bruising clash between two power teams.
Coach Dale Brown was happy with his team's performance after the game. "It was a slow game, it was a half-court game, but we still found the outside shooting we needed to make it work," he told reporters. "It was necessary that we get this win -- I believe we can make noise in the SEC."
Hoyas forward Alonzo Mourning was frustrated all day by Bob Pettit cutting off passing lanes and keeping him from getting the ball. In the end, Mourning had only 7 points.
"I don't know how he did it," he said. "That guy's so underrated, man."
*****
Meanwhile, in our featured game...
#17 DePaul 107, Rhode Island 77. In a surprise move before the game, coach Ray Meyer sat George Mikan and went small-ball, having Terry Cummings take the tip and Quentin Richardson join the starting five. It paid off big-time.
Richardson had 9 points, but he opened others to thrive in an up-tempo game as Mark Aguirre put up 25 points and the Blue Demons (8-3) established the pecking order over the upstart Rams (7-4), surviving their speedier style and winning in it.
Rhode Island coach Frank Keaney was disappointed, but not worried. "Our style is something we practice every day. When the time comes, we'll be ready to steal games with it. We need games like this to show our guys how much work they still have left to do if they want a postseason bid."
Sly Williams led the Rams with 16 points.

2023.05.31 18:02 Fast-Service-280 ($BCNN) Management Discussion and Analysis – Outlo

BCNN SECURITY DETAILS (OTC) Authorized Shares1,500,000,0005/29/2023 Outstanding Shares182,163,3175/29/2023Restricted135,040,8105/29/2023Unrestricted47,122,5075/29/2023 Held at DTC 45,238,9565/29/2023 Float 15,747,50712/31/2022

2023.05.31 18:02 joefuf GVA to Grindelwald - Rent a car or take the rail?

I'll be visiting Switzerland with my girlfriend in mid-August, flying into Geneva and hoping to go out to Grindelwald for a week or so of hiking. In debating whether to rent a car, I was factoring in a few things.
On the subject of cost, I was getting quotes for $550 USD for the week if we rent from our first day until our last. This could be less if we return the car when we come back to Geneva the day before our flight to see the city and intend on taking the local train or an Uber to the airport instead. I am still trying to figure out how much roundtrip rail tickets for two would cost, so happy to hear that info if someone knows the price.
I see that there are some free buses in Grindelwald, but while we are figuring out our accommodations (hotel vs AirBnB), I was not sure we could definitely rely on the bus if we are in a rental unit just off the beaten path. Same thought for getting to/from any bar, restaurant, grocery store.
I expect that having a car might enable us to reach some additional trails or destinations that the local bus or other methods of transportation might make us limit us from.
In that same vein, if there are some nice places to stop on a drive from Geneva to Grindelwald or to consider to spend a day/night, I could see that being a case to rent a car as well.
But if the general consensus is that we will have everything accessible that we might want/need for a week with the local public transportation, we are not opposed to that either. We've traveled to other cities and survived on the public transit system, but we've also appreciated the flexibility and opportunity a rental vehicle has brought us on adventures as well.

2023.05.31 18:02 RedRanger775 Just as the Emprah intended

Own a Kickback for home defense, since that's what the Emprah intended. Four heretics break into my house. "What the krak?" As I grab my powdered wig and Lorenz Kickback. Blow a bowling ball sized hole through the first man, he's dead on the spot. Draw my mk5 ripper on the second man, miss him entirely because of the recoil and nails the neighbors cyber mastiff. I have to resort to the heavy stubber mounted at the top of the stairs loaded with rip rounds, "Tally ho lads" the rounds shred two men in the volley, the sound and extra shrapnel set off Valkyrie alarms. Fix bayonet and charge the last terrified heretic. He Bleeds out waiting on the Arbites to arrive since ripper gun bayonet wounds are impossible to stitch up. Just as the Emprah intended.

hi, i have been diagnosed with schzophrenia and bipolar (Schizoaffective) and i take expensive meds every month to keep me stable. i live in america so healthcare isn't free. I live in a very small house with an acre or so of land that i've inherited form my mohter's passing. right now im trying to get a car or fix a the current car that i have. i only make so much a month on SSID with a bit of additional survivors insurance form my mothers passing. i NEVER had a job and im 30 due to laziness and also extreme mental break down that ended in horribe stays to mental hospitals sense i was about 16. (i won't go into detail but it's soul crushing.) IDK if i should have a side job somewhere and have it reported to ssi and make a bit of extra change here and there but there are NO job opprotunites where i live and moving means paying another bill (the house is currently no rent and i own it). but on the same tokin if i don't move or get a job i'll have to pay rent and leave a free house. I can't afford a car and i need to rely on family to bring me to the store and back witch is quite frankley sould curshing to ask for help all the time. main thing is that i want to afford a CAR so i don't have to ask my family and i have a bit of freedom. is there any programs i can use to get transportation or a loan form ssi?

currently i can afford 200$ extra cash to save due to no rent and low bills and utilities. I need Finacial advice REALLY bad.
+ im paying off a deb to a tree company atm for cutting down a tree in my yard. owe them 300$ thus far.

2023.05.31 18:02 drgadawg GA Drainage in my subdivision

My subdivision was developed 20 or so years ago. I purchased my lot 10 years ago and built my home 9 years ago. Due to circumstances beyond my control we moved away soon after and only visited rarely. Due to not living here I didn’t know that my lot is the low point in the subdivision. The developer knew this and put in a drainage pipe that goes from my back corner (lowest point) and buried in the easement between my property and my neighbor beside me under the subdivision road and thru the easement across the road to drainage ditch.
The problem is the neighbor across the road bought 1 1/2 lots and built their house on/in the easement. During the construction the neighbor severed the drainage pipe. The developer found out and told them they needed to fix it and to let them know so he could verify it was fixed. They told him it was fixed after the fact.
Since my lot was the last built on and was very over grown I didn’t know it existed until recently. It is still capped. I talked with the developer today and he told me the above story. Would I be liable for damage to their property if I started using this pipe to fixing the significant flooding issues I’ve had recently?
I had 4 to 5 feet in my backyard a couple of weeks ago from a 6 inch rain storm and while it didn’t reach my house it was close. I’m in coastal area and I’m concerned if we get 10 to 12 inches of rain from a hurricane or tropical storm we could flood. The worst it had gotten was tropical storm Matthew brushed by us and we got about a 3 feet of flooding.
