Today we continue to work through a severe financial crisis, (created by our own efforts to lobby to eliminate and dumb down regulations and take ridiculous risks that we would never take if our own money was at stake. While we are making progress, the journey ahead will continue to be a difficult one, for you, on Main St. But I have confidence that we are pursuing the right strategy to enrich our friends on Wall St. and stabilize the rigged financial system and support the flow of credit into our pockets and the trickle into the economy. The new authorities Congress provided in October dramatically expanded the tools available to the federal government to address the needs of our rigged system. As I and my fellow regulators stated clearly at the time, we now have a set of tools to fleece average people everywhere - new authorities in addition to our existing ones to do more damage in a few short years- that we can deploy in creative combinations to maximize our profits and their impact on our rigged system. And we have taken significant collaborative monopolistic actions that demonstrate that strategy in action.
This consistent effort to strengthen our financial institutions, so they can pay larger salaries and bonuses, so they can support our economy is critical to our progress through the current economic downturn. Strong financial institutions and a stable rigged financial system will smooth the path to stealing more so we can lie about a recovery and an eventual return to prosperity.
The root of this financial turmoil is the liquidity fairy and the naked short selling made by market markers on that began and accelerated throughout 2021. As one stock poses systemic risk, along with Commercial mortgage backed securities that we don’t regulate because that would be bad for the ultra rich who own the politicians for pennies on the dollar, share priced have declined and commercial foreclosures have risen, related assets have been hit particularly hard. 84 years ago the fake share price of the one true stock and it’s short squeeze aka correction spilled over into the financial sector, pushing the banking system into stress. Consequently, the overall economy has suffered. Third quarter GDP this year showed bullshit changes. The unemployment rate has moved to a level not seen in 84 years, with a loss of too many great American jobs at companies that were run into the ground by naked short sellers, Boston Insulting Group consultants, and unpatriotic scum that want to destroy the lives of so many of their countrymen and women because they - the billionaires -are not rich enough. Data released last week showed that through Jan 2021, stock prices in a basket of 10 major companies had fallen a bigly percent over the previous year, demonstrating that the "correction" has not abated. And as the economy slows further, it threatens to prolong the market “correction” which is not a correction at all, just a forced hard reset to stop the rigged stock market from paying lucrative fees to asshole lawyers and bankers.
There is no single action the Federal Government can take to end the financial market turmoil and the economic downturn, because we have manipulated everything so extremely with buying politicians up to the supreme court! In these extraordinary times, we must instead focus on developing the most effective combination of our tools to further pillage your life savings, hold down wages, increase inflation and destroy our planet to protect the financial system and speed the process of all-out-theft.
Financial System Recovery Efforts
We have implemented several programs aimed at improving the flow of credit to businesses and consumers, so they can spend and invest and restore our economy.
Most significantly, we devoted trillions to increasing the capital of our banks. A stronger capital base enables banks to take losses as they write down or sell troubled assets, which they created in a self enriching scam of fees and fake valuations. Stronger capitalization is also essential to increasing lending for the liquidity fairy at the market makers which, although difficult to achieve during times like this, is essential to economic recovery.
Treasury has received hundreds of applications from the regulators, and hundreds more are under review by the regulators. To date we have stolen your children’s future and the future of many generations to purchase preferred shares in the asshole institutions, putting billions in additional capital into the financial system. And we will work through the remaining applications in the coming weeks and months.
We have announced the terms for participation for most non-publicly traded banks, another important source of credit in our economy. Regulators are already receiving many applications from private banks and are reviewing and processing those now.
In a powerful joint statement on November 12 th, our banking regulators have emphasized that the extraordinary government actions taken to stabilize and strengthen the banking system are not merely one-sided; all banks – not just those participating in the Capital Purchase Program – have benefited, so they all also have responsibilities in the areas of lending, dividend and compensation policies, and foreclosure mitigation. We strongly support this regulatory initiative, which is just a little bullshit giveaway to cover for a year or tow so we can get back to business as usual, until we’ve created a massive American Oligarchy to rule over the American sheeple.
We expect and asked really nicely that the banks increase their lending to their friends and one another as a result of these efforts and it is important that they do so, so they can survive another day. This lending won't materialize as fast as any of us would like, but it will happen much, much faster as confidence is restored as a result of having used the TARP to stabilize our system and to increase the capital in our banks.
As we all know, the non-bank financial sector is a critical source of finance for the consumer spending that fuels our economy. Consumer credit, so you can buy more crap you don’t really need, is critical for many households as they consider purchasing a car, new appliances, or other big ticket items. Like other forms of credit, the availability of affordable consumer credit depends on ready access to a liquid fairy and affordable secondary market – in this case, the asset backed credit market. Recent credit market stresses essentially brought this market to a halt. As a result, millions of Americans cannot find affordable financing for their basic credit needs, to buy groceries or gas. And credit card rates are climbing, making it more expensive for families to finance everyday purchases, to go into deeper debt. The Federal Reserve and the Treasury last week announced an aggressive program to support the normalization of credit markets and the availability of affordable consumer credit to support economic recovery.
To support the return of consumer lending, the Treasury will provide small few billion in TARP resources to back a Federal Reserve facility that will provide liquidity to issuers of consumer asset backed paper, enabling a broad range of institutions to step up their lending, and enabling borrowers to have access to lower cost consumer finance and small business loans. The facility may be expanded over time and eligible asset classes may be expanded later to include other assets, such as commercial mortgage-backed securities, non-agency residential mortgage-backed securities or other asset classes. (didn’t even have to edit this line because it was a new way to do the same shit they did in 2008.)
This consumer lending facility is one example of the creative combination of federal government authorities to ease a major obstruction to the flow of credit into our economy. The actions taken last week to support Citigroup similarly demonstrate the creative combination of tools to most effectively strengthen our financial institutions and confidence in our rigged system.
We are actively engaged in developing additional programs to strengthen our financial system so that lending flows into our pockets and trickles by the tiniest drips possible into the economy. When these programs are ready for implementation, we will discuss them with the corrupt Congress and all the politicians owned by the world’s elites.
We continue to look at additional capital strategies, and as we do so we will assess the impact of the first capital program, and use this information to evaluate the size and focus of an additional program in light of existing economic and market conditions.
And we are continuing to examine potential commercial foreclosure mitigation ideas that may be an appropriate and effective use of TARP resources.
An important complement to those guidelines was my announcement that they will suspend all foreclosures on commercial real estate for 90 days. The foreclosure suspension will give the owner class and servicers time to utilize the new streamlined loan modification program and make it possible for more families to work out terms to lose their jobs and their homes.
And of course, as we consider potential new TARP programs, we must also maintain flexibility and firepower for the elites to address new challenges as they arise.
As I have said for some time, the liquidity fairy and the pandemic is at the root of our economic and market difficulties. The most important thing we can do to mitigate foreclosures and progress through the correction is to reduce the cost of mortgage finance. The actions we have taken to stabilize and strengthen our pals, and through them to increase the flow of moolah & credit have insulated the corrupt thieve from real prices and rates from the rapid increases and fluctuations in the cost of other credit. But given that we have essentially guaranteed Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac securities, the rates on those securities – and corresponding mortgage rates – have not come down as much as we may have hoped. The Federal Reserve's announcement that it will purchase billions of debt and half a trillion dollars in commercial mortgage backed securities should have a strongly positive impact on the cost of mortgage finance. And we continue to look for additional ways to make cheap credit more affordable, which will stimulate relentless purchases of unnecessary consumer crap, help to stabilize prices and eventually send the one true stock to the moon.
Conclusion
Until the financial crisis is behind us, we must remain vigilant, ready to respond and to manage unpredictable events as they occur. Our first priority is on recovery. We work every day fully aware of our awesome responsibility to the American people who depend on the financial system to save for college and retirement, for financing homes, cars and companies. hi! i’m a 19 year old girl with fair skin, and i foolishly stood in the sun at a music festival for about 8 hours on may 13th without sunblock. i think i got a bit of sun poisoning as the next day my forehead swelled up and the day after, my eyes were very swollen. i blistered a bit on my forehead (not too badly) as well as the side of my nose (where my nose ring is; the left side of my body was burnt worse than my right side).
today i woke up and had an odd spot of texture on my nose, a bit bumpy and rough. i’ve looked it up and i think it could be basal cell carcinoma, and i’m wondering if anyone could tell me if it’s possibly something else? i know i need to go to a dermatologist asap, and i will start calling tomorrow but i’ve heard that near me derm appointments are booked far out unfortunately. i’m going to start calling around tomorrow since i’m busy today for a place that has a shorter wait time, but i was just hoping to get some insight in the mean time.
also, if it does happen to be bcc, how would the removal process go? will i have a big scar on my nose?

We've always just referred to it as a "doser". Apparently it just came with our O'Neil's brewing system way back in the day but the rep at O'Neil's is extremely difficult to deal with so I was hoping to find another one elsewhere. It has a 1 1/2inch tri clamp on the bottom and 4 inch port on top. We usually use it for dry yeast hydration, propagation, or purging and dosing extracts/flavorings. The conical bottom as well as the casters make it one of our most used items in the brewery. Before someone states something like Herman Miller, I just want to say that I'm not looking to spend an arm and leg for one. Ideally, I'd like to spend a maximum of $300 - $400.

Hey so i had this bug earlier where when i pressed the ESC key it wouldnt open the pause menu the word "initializing" would just appear on screen and nothing else would happen. I tried searching for a solution and found loads of people with the same problem but noone actually knew how to fix it. Ended up figuring it out so just making a post here incase someone years down the line has the issue hopefully theyll find this. I dont know why but its to do with your keyboard language settings. Every now and then when my pc has been on for too long my language settings will switch from english uk to english us with the only noticeable difference being " and @ switch places. anyway changing this back in settings or restarting my pc fixes this for me and when i did that it fixed the ESC key problem too so hopefully it should fix it for you too.

So me and this girl were going together for like 4/5 months i really liked her but she had horrible communication skills. Like she would say she would call me back in a few hours but wouldn't let me know until 2 days later. i got tired of this and tried to make it work, we had a long phone conversation and ... again she said she would call me back in a few hours but to no avail. i had to proxy end it because she never got back to me on our relationship status. The last text i send her after those long 4 days was" Goodbye XXXXX i hope you find happiness and success in everything that you do" . Even after that i got no reply. i went no contact I didn't check her ig or any of her socials unfriended her on Snap, etc. then 4 weeks after she started texting me randoms this about a ticktok she mad and then a week after than she sent a short clip of her in the car playing "our fav" song.
So we start texting more after a while (2 weeks after the song text). Long story short we plan a hangout and see the little mermaid. Hello! I hope your having a great day/night so far. Recently I've been craving some superhero action and drama, encapsulating the energy from your typical superhero media. I have a couple of plots in mind, only a few loose ideas, so I’m looking to brainstorm a story with someone who’s interested in and enjoys crafting characters and world building.
First thing’s first, I'm looking for something long-term and plot-based. A good sort of formula idea I had would be us playing characters in a small group and treating them as sort of the ‘MCs’ of the world, then following arc-like structure for the story. It tends to work well from my experience, but if you have any suggestions regarding such details as that, you’re more then welcome to mention them! My own isn’t set in stone after all! I would love to make an original hero universe and have plenty of characters to use, I don’t really do canon characters sorry. Whether you prefer grounded vigilantes for a more Daredevil type story or cosmic crusades through space, I’m open to any kind of adventure as long as we can both become invested in it.
As far as romance goes, I’m definitely open to it however I only do MxF or FxF pairings. Of course, this isn't mandatory. You’re more then welcome to add points and suggestions to my ideas! It’d be good for both of us to be firmly content with the plot before we start, after all!

TLDR: Wolfpack Rounds should make Bipod rockets do more damage than explosive light.
Before this new season came out, Bungie hinted that we might want to keep a lookout for a new perk Bipod dropping on rocket launchers. Everyone was really excited about it until they saw it gives a whopping 40% damage nerf in exchange for more reserves and mag size. I'm here to tell you that Bungie was correct and this perk alone stand's toe to toe with the best 2 perk rockets from last season, leaving room for a 2nd perk to push it over the edge. I know Envious Assassin + Bait and Switch Cold Comfort blows everything including Hothead out of the water right now in terms of burst DPS but Bipod still holds it's own as shown at the end.
The key to this is Ghally. Whenever a raid team is using rockets for DPS, you always have a Ghally on the team for good reason. Wolfpack Rounds adds a flat 32,536 damage to every rocket you fire. A base Aggressive frame rocket with no buffs hits for 93,036. Meaning that wolfpack rounds makes up over 1/3 of a base rocket damage. So with Bipod out, your rocket itself deals %40 less damage at 55,822 but the wolfpack rounds deal the same damage still. Take into account the extra 5 reserves that Bipod gives and the total damage of this rocket is great. Base rocket has 7 shots with WPR would deal the following.
Base Aggressive Frame: 7*(93,036+32,536) = 879,004 damage
Bipod: 12 *((0.6*93,036)+32,536) = 1,060,291 damage
Explosive Light: 7*((1.25*93,036) + 32,536) = 1,041,817 damage
Bait and Switch: 6*((1.35*93,036) + 32,536) + (93,036 + 32,536) = 1,074,380 damage
I don't believe explosive light or B&S increases the damage of WPR but if I'm wrong here let me know, I tested Explosive Light a while ago but I've never tested B&S with WPR. For B&S you also have to use 1 rocket without the damage buff to proc it and assume that you can get all 7 rockets in the 10second window which normally isn't possible. And for Explosive light you have to collect 6 orbs and get a 7th during DPS which is not that bad. Either way, Bipod out damages Explosive light and barely misses Bait and Switch by 1.3%.
If that's all this perk did then I would still think it's good for the ease of use. But incredibly enough this perk also doubles the mag from 1 shot to 2, an effect that previously we would spend an entire perk (clown cartridge) just to get. Meaning that you can get an entire extra perk slot to put on something like field prep, autoloading holster, envious assassin or even demo. Remember Demo doesn't work with Clown Cartridge because we are overflowing the mag but with Bipod, throwing a grenade instantly gives you 2 rockets. I don't know the exact cooldown on demo but that might be enough to reproc it after the second shot.
In terms of DPS I don't have the exact numbers but I'm pretty sure you can unload your 2 Bipod rockets per reload faster than 1 per reload on the other rockets. If they wanted to stand a chance you would need to use another rocket perk which may or may not perform better than Bipod with similar perks. This probably still requires some testing in game to confirm, I would love to see an Aztecross style DPS video where they have Ghally and going through both full reserves and a shorter dps window on different Bipod rockets, Envious Assassin, bait and switch etc... This post also doesn't take into account things like does Bipod only nerf the explosion and would impact casing hit for normal damage or if more reserves lets heavy bricks give more ammo back or even how other things like like well, tether, reserve mods, surge mods work with it. Also of course Enhanced Bipod exists which I am hoping reduces the damage penalty but I cannot test that yet.
For anyone wondering how bipod compares to the Envious Assassin + Bait and Switch Cold Comfort, Envious Assassin overflows the mag by 150% rounded up, so with B&S that would give you 3 rounds in the mag + 1 more if you proc Restoration Ritual and with Bipod it would be 5 rounds+2 from Restoration Ritual. For Burst DPS shooting just the rockets before you have to start reloading would be
B&S: (93,036+32,536) + 3*(1.35*(93,036)+32,536) = 599,975 damage in 4 shots without reloading.
Bipod: 7*((0.6*93,036)+32,536) = 618,503 damage in 7 shots without reloading.
After this burst window, the B&S rocket would have 3 shots remaining while the Bipod rocket would have 5 shots left. Bipod barely does more damage but has to shoot 3 extra rockets first without reloading. I would definitely give the burst edge here to the B&S rocket since it gets the same amount of damage in less shots even though you have to swap weapons to shoot first. Keep in mind that for B&S you have to swap weapons and shoot first and then again during longer DPS phases since the perk will run out before your reserves do. You will also have to reload 1 at a time with Envious Assassin during longer DPS compared to the 2 from Bipod. I believe this would let you get your total damage out faster with Bipod especially when you take into account procing B&S.
If I missed anything on this let me know. A few things I'm not sure on is if B&S buffs WPR. I know explosive light doesn't work on WPR. I also am not sure how damage buffs like well work with this either. At this point since so many things are stacking together. I think the best way to check is go to Ogre in Grasp of Avarice, have one person proc Ghally for WPR and 2 people both with all the same buffs/debuffs and check total damage at end.

I’ll try to write it as simply as I can.
Quick background; I work in a company that trains guide dogs for the blind. I’m currently learning full stack development with JavaScript, I’m still in the early stages but I like to plan forward and be prepared
Every year we pay check up visits to our clients in the month they got their dog (so if a client received their dog in may we always visit in may)
At the moment all these routes are planned bij hand, we work from a central point. We choose a client the ‘furthest’ away from us and then route back to our city where we plan 4 clients.
I want to automate this because it will save a lot of time.
What the program will have to do is the following. We implement the database with where the clients live and what month they received their dog. Then I should be able to choose a month, the program then calculates the logical routes in the way mentioned above.
I have no idea how difficult this would be and if this would be possible with JS or another language has to be used.
So I would like to know: how difficult would this be? Is it possible with JS or should I use another language?
