2023.05.19 01:40 UCProductions2002 How I put my cosplays together
- I reused the bowler hat from my Tux Chuck cosplay (see below).
- The vest and shirt were bought from Amazon (to my personal chagrin). At some point, I'll look into buying additional vests to adapt patterns onto, since PTT Chuck went through some varieties (checkers, fleur-de-lis, plaid, paisley, etc.)
- The bow tie was bought at Target.
- The pants came from a JCPenney store, and were reused from a suit I wore at my graduation.
- The shoes were originally my dad's; he loaned me the shoes for this cosplay.
- The tuxedo was bought from Amazon. I don't remember which brand it was, but whatever it is, I ensured the tuxedo was in the "cummerbund" style.
- The shoes seen in the pictures I posted were, like the tux, bought off the internet. They ended up being damaged, so I went to the mall and picked up some new ones that more closely resemble Tux Chuck's shoes at a Macy's store.
- The bow tie was bought at a JCPenney store.
- The hat was a generic red bowler hat I bought at a PartyCity almost five years ago. It was the only element that carried on the second tux after I'd outgrown the first.
- The socks (not shown in any photos) originally belonged to my dad.
- The gold trim was attached by my neighbor with some help from my mom.
- The cane was ordered off of Amazon via a costume supplier called "Nicky Big's". The cane comes in cylindrical pieces, and for the photos, I'd lessened the height of the cane by a piece to resemble Tux Chuck's.
- I do have a set of gloves like the ones Tux Chuck occasionally wears, but I lost them a while back. I wonder if I'll ever find them someday.

Found Costco toughest so far. Very poor isle labeling and very little help. Numbered isles like 314, 325 etc is absolutely laughable.
Costco said, they have made it that way deliberately so that customers keep on circling around and hit on something they buy which they never wanted to buy???
What about shoppers ? - I think only shoppers who are already members may do well.
And huge register lines on top of that… wish they had separate lines for shoppers.
BTW my Costco is in the busy mall area so YMMV.
I Do only CVS Rx DeliveryOnly…
Attempted to accept one PartyCity delivery only - 5 big inflated ballones and some other items - had to cancel due to size of my car.
Tried accepting one OfficeMax - some 7/8 boxes of 500 ct printer paper plus other stuff - had to unassign …
I am a parttime shopper so doesn’t make a huge difference to my bottom line.
Your views will be highly appreciated

Although some shoppers can do that type of order only with the anticipation of Tips ( not guaranteed as always) - I quit the scene by thanking the associate.
Not a huge deal but avoided a dent on Completion % without accepting the order.
Would like to know if many others are doing such a thing at all.
Understand, it's not worth driving all the way to the store to just find that out ...
I was right there by chance ...
Could that be applicable to BESTBUY/ PARTYCITY et al ?
Only some experienced shoppers can throw light on that ...
