Capacity of prudential center in newark

Hey,
I want to start a twitch channel, more for fun and for my friends/family rather than some goal of making it big, and it would be centered around my motorcycle touring. I've played with this idea in my head for a while now, but then I saw the streamer Velcuz doing exactly this the other day and it ignited the idea again. The issue is that my country (Slovenia) is extremely forrested, so in certain regions I might legitimately struggle on getting a good mobile internet connection.
Does anybody have any idea what kind of gear I should buy to have a stream that is watchable? What would a good camera be for a third person stream (no helmet cam)? Is there a way to boost signal with some clever electronics?
I am a layman to streaming and I know this is a pretty niche thing to ask but idk where else to look, if anybody can help me out I'd be grateful, thanks.

Hey, Just ranting and fuming yknow - apologies in advance for the block of text incoming.
I work FT at a NFP arts center, only two of us (manager and me) in the department. I wanted to do some professional development so recently started an online 6 week course and mentorship which is directly related to my profession/role.
I paid for this course (over $1000) out of my own pocket as I believe this was an investment for my career and would help me improve in my role. I was talking to another co-worker about this course, and they mentioned I should apply for time in lieu (TIL) for the study period as other co workers have done the same - except where the organisation has actually contributed to covering the course fees plus considered study time as TIL.
So I applied to HR, my manager and their boss - I didn’t even ask for money to be contributed, but just that the 3hours of study a week could acknowledged as TIL. No financial contribution required, just TIL. And?? Denied!
It’s sort of just soured my view completely. HR gave excuses as to why it wasn’t allowed that went round in circle but yet other workers are allowed. And my manager was against it as they said they couldn’t possibly lose me for 3 hours a week. And yet my manager comes in half an hour late every morning and leaves half an hour early (over three hours a week). And same manager saying I’m going to have to start taking over some of their management reporting as they can’t keep up. I found out recently that my manager when WFH didn’t even have access to our venues booking system or main shared email??? Like what are they doing then?
And I am always the one who works nights and weekends. I hardly ever get to take a proper lunch break as picking up the slack of others. And my role has had a high turnover in the past and they are trying to change but then this?
I’m fuming as it feels like what is even the point of trying? It’s so deflating and demotivating. I enjoy the work, even if the money isn’t great being a nfp but now I just feel absolutely taken advantage of. And I just want a manager that encourages me and has my back in these situations.
It’s also frustrating as I want to escalate the situation but it will just be more drama and cause friction as it’s small organisation.
I think I need to step back, set better boundaries and prioritise myself.

I live in the downtown center of my mid-sized American city. Every morning I go running, then get ready and walk to the office. And almost every morning, I'm nearly killed by a speeding car commuter in a hurry to get to work. They blow through red lights, drive way too fast and turn without looking for pedestrians in the crosswalk. And they're always surprised to see me, as if they never expected someone might be trying to cross the street. But of course, they're in a hurry so nothing else matters, even if it means turning their oversized Suburban into a three-ton death machine to get one person to the office two minutes quicker.

1. Robot Legion: In the oldest myths of the Space Elves, the Robot Legion eliminated all sentient life when the galaxy was young. Their dark deities fed off the agony of a trillion souls. Once the galaxy fell silent, they returned to their crypts in stasis until new races emerged, oblivious to the doom that waited them in due time. And so it continued over and over again. However, during the previous cycle of genocide, the Legion encountered a demonic force of unprecedented size summoned by the younger races of the time. Seeing these ethereal entities as upstarts and rivals, the deities of the Robot Legion undertook a great war against a foe that challenged them for the first time. The demons were beaten back and all artifacts and temples dedicated to them were atomized. This took a heavy toll on the Legion and they lay in hibernation for longer than they ever had before. A spike in demonic activity on Terra caused by the wars amongst the humans awoke the Legion again. Due to the length of hibernation, They found themselves surrounded by races that had grown to be more advanced and powerful than they had ever encountered before. The Legions set out to wake all the other hibernating crypts and carve a path towards Terra to destroy it then the rest of the galaxy as they had done for countless cycles. (old necron inspired since I found them way cooler)
2. Alien Hives (Shapers): Terra’s first encounter with the Shapers happened during a lull in fighting between the Imperial and demonic forces that has swept the planet. The demons had lost ground and optimism was running high that they may be pushed off the planet once and for all. Then came the extra-galactic rift that opened off the coast of the Imperial palace. Gigantic biotitans, eyes glowing with plasmatic energy and whose roars changed the weather to storms of rain and coruscating lightening lumbered out of the ocean. Every imperial titan was summoned to defence and after days of constant fighting, the biotitans were defeated. Unable to close the rift, titans were permanently diverted from the front against the demons to the defence of the palace. Elsewhere across the empire, more rifts opened. Biotitans and swarms poured out and each time they were defeated, they reappered nearby with adaptive modifications, indicating a malevolent intelligence that was watching and reacting. Over time it was discovered that these rifts pointed to a galaxy far away, presumably dominated by beings named the Shapers. Indeed on planets that succumbed to their attacks, final video images showed that local wildlife was left alone and only civilizational centers were destroyed. Perhaps, the Shapers meant to study and incorporate aspects of local lifeforms to further augment their creations. But why here? Of all the galaxies in the near universe, the psychic turmoil of this one had attracted their attention. A galaxy at war was a galaxy weakened. A galaxy weakened was an ideal prey. (Pacific rim inspired)
3. Starhost: The starhost had long ago sunk into a spiritual malaise but unlike the dark cousins of the high elves, they turned inward. Their fleets remained harbored and their monstrous creatures roamed untamed through worlds that became overgrown with vegetation. Their gleaming cities remained closed and isolated from even each other as their inhabitants spent their time in rituals and meditation, hoping to obtain clarity of purpose. Until one day refugees from Terra landed. These were religious refugees, cast out from a Terra that had become dominated by the Imperial forces who enforced their version of materialism which brooked no competing ideology or deity with the State Authority. Rather than be subjugated, many humans drifted in stasis ships, hoping that they may find a freer corner of the galaxy. The head starhost shamans summoned the refugees and through their psychic prowess were able to understand the human language. Listening carefully, they were intrigued by the zeal of the humans but were unsure about allowing them to stay until they noticed an object in one of the childrens hand. A toy shaped like them, which the humans called a “dinosaur.” Their tablets had spoke about seeking their destiny in the stars but it appeared that their destiny had come to them. More talks with the humans yielded remarkable similarities in their beliefs. Signals and messages were sent out to other refugee ships no matter their philosophy or creed and soon the starhost worlds were alight with the presence of thens of thousands of refugees. For the first time in thousands of years, the starhost felt a sense of purpose and a new hybrid civilization was formed. This new force would unite the refugees and take back the worlds of the Terra dictatorship one by one until they finally reach Terra itself.

Above history is a very rough draft. Imperial history of Terra will be elaborated on later. Something like an atheistic version of the Imperium with a scientific spartan version of survival of the fittest leading to people experimenting with demonic entities. Those demons yielded combat success but quickly grew out of control to corrupt vast parts of the Imperium and cause a war between two parts of the imperium, both trying to brutally outcompete each other.
Why this lore? Because we can. After GW took 40k in a direction I didn't like, I said screw it. I'm going to be independent. No more hoping that writers don't disappoint me anymore. I'm not posting novels at all, just some ideas I had to show that you can do as you please.

A lot of people are super vague about what they want, or they just don’t know, so I figured I’d spell it out as best as I can. I'm a judgemental person, I make harsh comments on people and can't stand when people act self centered and act as if everyone cares. Whenever I see "opinion pieces" on social media it's infuriating to me. You know when people say "What I did.." "I've done..." like, I don't care. Why would we care? I absolutely hate needless attention seeking. Nothing wrong with being the center of attention when you deserve it or whatever. But I just plain don't like it when they act like they accomplished something. Anyway. Needless to say I don't use social media and generally make throwaway accounts when I need to.
I do like trolling on social media though. And don't mind when my own posts get reactions.
But, I hate arguing with people. I'm not saying this to be edgy, I avoid conflict when possible. It's either because I don't care enough or I don't want to. People try to fight me for many reasons but I just want to cut it out. I don't feel the need to prove myself to people in that sense.
I like working with my hands, but I also like theoretical things when it's not too much. I love math and physics, but I hate overly theoretical shit nobody cares about and how people talk on and on about them.
I like reading books, but I don't like overly romantic ideals about the world and overly romantic books. I'd say I'm a realistic person.
I'm generally chill, or I thought myself to be chill though. I dont like getting praised for some reason, and I don't like talking too much about myself even though I fantasized becoming a well known person as a child

Two years ago before the release of season 19 I wrote an ending for how I wanted to see Gibbs be written off. It is still my most upvoted post as of today! Obviously, the writers did not agree with me, but here I go again with how I think the show should end altogether. I'm not sure if next season will be the last, but I think this could work at any time, so here goes.
Let me know what's missing or what y'all would want to see the show close out on instead.
It would be a two part special and all of this would probably be divided up:
We center around McGee because he's the thread that connects today's NCIS back to season 1. There's an opening little tidbit where McGee is talking to Delilah and finds out that there is an opening on her team. Delilah tries to persuade Tim to take it, but Tim insists on staying with NCIS. Tim says goodbye to the team and walks out to the car, he is distracted arguing with Delilah on the phone. All of a sudden as he goes to get in his car, a mysterious figure swings and knocks Tim out.
Tim comes to in a basement all chained up but doesn't recognize the man who kidnapped him. The man is young (early twenties) and Hispanic. Tim flashes back to the only thing it could be, Paraguay. We get a little flashback to how Ziva said she cleaned up and made sure nobody else was left to come find them in her cameo. The man explains how he was the son of one of the soldiers who Ziva killed after the kidnapping, however, Ziva, now a mother, spared this man who would've been a teen at the time because she couldn't bring herself to do it. The young man was only able to find Tim because during his rouse with Gibbs to escape back then he gave the soldiers some of his personal info like his name and birthday.
In Paraguay, Gibbs took the brunt of the torture and McGee was more psychologically scarred. This time there was no Gibbs to take any of the torture and the man does the same things that were done to Gibbs in s14 to McGee. He has repeated flashbacks to that time where Delilah was pregnant, and he couldn't be there for her. He flashes to Delilah, Johnny, and Morgan waiting at home for him now. McGee chats up the guy and lies to him, telling him that Gibbs and Ziva, whom he also wants to enact revenge upon, would come to rescue him if they were told he was kidnapped. McGee convinces the kidnapper to send a video to Parker at NCIS saying he was going to kill McGee.
Cut back to the office, Delilah rushes in asking where Tim is and the team has no idea. They check his car which is still in the garage and find some of his blood. The team does a deep dive into Tim's past and goes through all of Tim's enemies and big cases from the past 20 years as an agent. They receive the video and notice Tim is clenching his fist repeatedly. Delilah immediately recognizes it as binary, their love language lol. The message is "CALL ZIVA" or something along those lines. Nobody left at NCIS knows Ziva's involvement in cleaning up Paraguay, so they call up Ziva and she remembers that 14-year-old boy that she spared back then.
They are searching for Paraguayan nationals matching the estimated age and they are left with a decently large pool. Palmer feels useless and goes to help Kasie analyze the video, he notices some of the piping in the background is indicative of a basement/boiler room from a specific era of historical housing. They find one person who matches the profile with a relative who has a house matching the description. The team goes to the house and sneaks down to the basement to find McGee.
The man has a gun pointed at McGee and the agents have one pointed at them. He uses their love for McGee to force the agents to drop their weapons. Knight is doing her hostage negotiation thing when McGee reveals that he somehow got his hands free and pulls out his rule 9 knife. Gibbs cameo in subtle way saves Tim's life and he gets to go home. He celebrates with his team and sees his wife and kids, who actually appear on screen!
He decides he can't risk his life like that again and leave Delilah as a single mother, so he decides to take the job at DoD under her. He has a retirement party filled with cameos and appearances from characters who have been there throughout the 20-year long journey. He goes up to Vance's office and they have a moment about the sacrifices they have made and fatherhood. Outside the office he looks down on the team who left his party early to work a case. Sawyer, who is no longer an asshole, is the new addition to the team. He sees the team that he was apart of for 20 years is in good hands and walks by and goes into the elevator. And the elevator doors close, ending the show.

I wish to buy a property someday and get it fixed, make upgrades to it etc. Unfortunately I'm a broke student and can't afford to do such hobbies. I envy americans in that sense because they have a backyard and can do everything there.

Granted, I’m an older rider 50+, and kinda a big fella (6’1 225) and I really only started riding after 40 and I would say my skill level is somewhat above average. I can clean most technical aspects of a trail most black diamonds, etc. I don’t really do gaps but I can do drops and I understand how to properly wait / unweight, bunnyhop, etc. but my God for the life of me I simply cannot Manual, wheelie, etc.
I’ve watched numerous videos, and I understand the concept of simply going down and back and getting your center of weight behind the bottom bracket but I just struggle so much I have no problem looping out and coming off the back of the bike but it’s a struggle.
I’m thinking about buying the MTB hopper manual tool it’s a couple hundred bucks which is not a big deal. I know you can build one for dirt cheap but I’m not super handy in that regard and I don’t mind just buying it if it’s worth it to work on finding the proper balance point.

I'm pretty new to the game, and I recently ran into an issue during a playthrough with the T'au. I found it extraordinarily difficult to find an effective way to balance the resource output in my largest city, and it caused a number of issues for me.
The main problem I had was with loyalty and population capacity. In order to produce enough resources to keep up with an ongoing war against some orks, I needed resource buildings, which needed pops to man them, which needed the population capacity to fit them all, which resulted in my loyalty plummeting to such a degree that I faced deficits in every resource save for ore.
I tried to build loyalty boosting buildings to bring it back up, but those require population, which means I need more habitation buildings, which have high energy upkeep, all while the number of pops I had was destroying my food production.
I ran into a continuous issue where I would build loyalty buildings, run out of population capacity, build habitation buildings, and then face a deficit in energy and food all while my loyalty continued to plummet and make resource shortages worse and worse.
So how do I keep everything balanced? Should I just disregard loyalty entirely and try to conbat the debuffs with raw output?

i've seen a decent number of people say babble and reach's new video is more nuanced, and has gotten a larger amount of approval than i would've expected. i'm a lil triggered by that and i was hoping some of those people could come explain their perspective, because you must've watched a different video than i did.

they start by trying to give themselves a leftist resume by listing progressive policy positions they agree with, right before swapping into transphobia (trans athletes). right away you should see they have a conservative arc. this is why intersectionality is important in leftism, we live in america. lots of people hold some progressive values while also having an overarching reactionary attitude. holding a few good takes on healthcare and social services doesn't mean you're not transphobic, lack intersectionality and constantly cut content furthering the goals of right wing shitheads.

they then go on to try and say their views are commonly held among black men, so are you saying all those black men are conservatives? no, idiot, but they are in america. i'm a half mexican half white man and i held transphobic views because i grew up here, just like you, and have been conditioned by the systems that oppress trans people. it doesn't mean all people with non-leftist opinions are conservative, it means all of them have felt the effects of propaganda and have yet to break it. but instead of helping anyone break out of it, babble and reach have decided "no this is actually good and okay, because lots of people agree with me :)" that's a slippery slope really quick. intersectionality is not something we get to agree or disagree on, it is a must. framing trans issues as something that is two sided means you're validating the most disgusting kind of neckbearded nazis, even if you aren't one of them yourself. there's only one side here, human rights.

here's my final and longest point. near the midpoint/end they start talking about trans issues as an analog for differences in leftist politics etc. how do ya'll not see how gross this part was? let's start with how they say they only talk about issues affecting them, and living in a liberal city means left wing issues tend to effect them. okay bitch, what sports teams are you on? which trans athlete kicked your lil ass so hard you had to go and cut a hundred anti trans videos? tell me how trans athletes affects you. tell me how anything trans related effects you. it fucking doesn't. they cut video after video using the same right wing slant that matt walsh and ben shapiro use. whether or not they agree with trans healthcare in private doesn't matter if their public output & how they use a decently large platform is stoking hate towards trans people every chance they get. also, trans athletes in sports isn't an unimportant issue. it's the tip of a spear that is used to dehumanize trans people, until they're shoved out of social life altogether. in fact, multiple studies have shown being socially accepted is the biggest indicator outside of medical transition that keeps a trans person from s*****e. this entire video amounted to one thing: them trying to justify their transphobia and overall reactionary slant by taking an enlightened centrist/left leaning "stance" that doesn't line up whatsoever with the content they're actually cutting. being anti-misogyny and holding a few good policy positions doesn't make you free from america'a conservativism, it means you took a baby step. congrats, take the rest of the walk and stop being transphobic little bitches.

Respectfully, the trans sports convo requires a little bit more nuance. Trans women athletes arguably do have several innate advantages over biological women athletes on average including greater lung capacity, more robust bone structure, and are stronger among other things which has led certain trans women to dominate in their respective sports. That being said, this isn't to say that trans women should be barred from any sporting event at any level of competition and I certainly think in almost all forms of sports outside of the highest level of competition there should be no problem, but at the highest level of competition where there is only a small degree of difference between athletes that separates the best and very best, being born into a male body is a significant advantage and to act as if it isn't only hurts biological women athletes.

Are they saying trans people in sports should not exist as in they should not participate in the league that is for the gender they identify with or are they saying that they should not exist in this planet? One is different from the other. You could certainly make leagues where trans people can compete with cis people and also make a league that makes you compete in the league that is for gender at birth. You could also make a trans exclusive league as well if you wanted to.

So segregation is your answer. Like some people thought you should separate black people from white people in sports back in the day because of so called 'black athletic superiority'. This kind of argument did so much harm to black people back in the day, it was reinforcing racial stereotypes and was a gateway to casual racism. But it's suddenly ok when you do it trans people, right? The issue is very nuanced and I don't have an answer to it, but this is not it. And I was talking about Aba and Preach, who's whole argument was 'transgender people don't belong to women's sports' repeated over and over. Hi everyone, since most of us have siblings, we often face various issues with, against, and alongside our siblings. I(M 18) have two sisters: one is 15 and the other is just 13. I was raised in a very religious and right-wing environment, so my beliefs centered around pleasing God and avoiding displeasing Him. However, I later became an atheist and my belief system changed, and I became way more understanding and open-minded. Since then, I have grown a lot and become more enlightened and open-minded, which has impacted my relationships with family members. My younger sister, like any normal human being, is attracted to the opposite sex and enjoys talking about guys. As an older, more experienced brother, it bothers me to see her interact with guys. I find myself constantly arguing with her whenever I see her talking to or mentioning guys, and I have even resorted to checking her phone. However, I recently realized that she has her own life, and my actions are selfish. Instead, I should trust my sister and respect her decisions in life. I must acknowledge that when my sister opposes me, it hurts my ego deeply. Growing up, I was taught that sisters should not go against their brothers, and this belief has influenced my perspective. However, I now realize that it is unfair to impose such expectations on my sister and limit her individuality. I need to overcome this ingrained belief and understand that everyone has the right to express their opinions, including my sister. It is essential for me to foster a more open and respectful environment where we can have healthy discussions and embrace each other's differences. it is important to note that I was raised with the belief that members of the opposite sex should not associate with each other under any circumstances. I was taught that they should not talk or even look at each other, and any form of relationship between them was deemed questionable. This rigid perspective heavily influenced my views on my sister's interactions with guys. Hello reddit.
I come here out of desperation. Something has happened to me today that I can still not comprehend. As I'm typing this, my hands are still shaking and my heart still pounds like never before. My mind is still trying to process the events that happened earlier this morning and I can not tell if what I've saw and felt was real or not. My only resort was to tell this story to someone and I believe you guys can help me out. One thing that I would like to settle is that English is not my first language and I'm pretty nervous typing this, so forgive me for any mistakes I make. Without any further ado, let's start.
First, I believe some context is essential.
I'm a college student from southern Brazil currently, studying medicine hoping for one day to become a doctor. My itinerary is complex and ever-changing, so I usually arrive early at my college and leave late at night. As for such, I usually have a car to transport myself. I still live with my parents and the car in specific is not mine, but rather my mom's. My mom worked for many years for delivery services, and so used this car for her job. After I entered college, she let me borrow this car in order to better transport myself from home to there and vice-versa. Currently, she uses her own car for work, however sometimes she still needs her work car (the car I'm using) for a variety of reasons, either it being because her car is being tuned-up or broke down, etc etc. Sincerely, I don't mind that, her work car is already a bonus for me, so if she needs it, she can have it whenever she needs.
On this oportunate situations, I go to college through different means, usually by my friends giving me a ride or by calling transportations services such as Uber or conventional taxis. This morning was no different.
Last night, my mom let me know in advance that she would be needing her work car today. At first, nothing unusual, I will just book a cab or call an Uber and everything will go as it normally goes.
I woke up this morning at 5:50 AM. My classes start at 07:40 AM, however, since I wouldn't be having my car today, I woke up earlier than usual to guarantee I wouldn't be late. I would be on the responsability of another person after all.
I got up, had breakfast, dressed up, got my bag and stepped out of the house no later than 06:30. It is currently winter in Brazil at this time of the year, and since it rains frequently in my town, the day is usually dark. The sun rises around 7 AM, and the sky is usually heavily clouded, so it's normal for this time to still look like night-time and from 8 am to 6 pm for the day to look darker than the rest of the year.
So here I was, on the sidewalk in front of my house in the usual darkness of the morning. I took out my phone and wondered what method I should use today. First, I intended in calling two of my friends whom also go to college with me, however it was early and they were probably still asleep at the time. I then decided to call for an Uber, but my mobile data isn't the best and calling an Uber would've taken an eternity. The only thing working properly was my phone's signal, which I could use to call a cab. And that's what I did. Now, I look back and realize I should've never done that.
The call was nothing out of the ordinary. I called in a cab from a local taxi company, gave my address and waited patiently. It was not like if I have never done that before. 5 minutes went by, then 10, 20, and I started to worry if the company had really dispatched someone to pick me up, and that's when I saw what I was looking for.
Turning on a street corner, came a regular white cab tagged "Taxi" on the roof of the car and the company's name tagged on the corner of the windshield. A swarm of relief hit me and I signalized for the driver that I was the one who called. The cab slowed down and eventually came to a stop next to where I was, I opened the back seat door and placed my bag behind the front passenger seat, to which I closed the door and entered and sat on the front passanger seat, next to the driver.
As I sat down and closed the door, I told the driver that I've placed my stuff on the back of the seat I was sitting on and I was about to tell them where I was headed to... And what I've saw made me stop speaking mid-sentence.
The driver was a short young woman, probably between 30 and 35, with a short hair, colored mixed between a blonde and whitish color and, in normal conditions, I would have considered her relatively pretty if it was not for what made my blood freeze almost instantly. The woman driving the car had bulged, soulless, never-blinking eyes fixated on the road. The woman had her head slightly tilted up, looking down with those mysterious yet horrendous eyes to the road. You know when you are going downstairs but don't tilt your head down to look where you are going but instead use only your eyes with your head still heading front? That's exactly how she was, but her head was tilted upwards and her bulged big eyes looking down in order to see the road. Look, I'm studying medicine and I've already seen patients with exophthalmos, a clinical condition where patients have their eyes bulged anteriorly by an anormality in their thyroid gland, but this... This was different. Those eyes were not normal, they were big and kept starring at the road motionless, soulless with what felt like no emotion at all.
I stopped speaking and froze as soon as I saw her. The woman did not answer. Hell, she did not even look at me or even seemed to notice I've entered the car... She just kept starring at the road with her head tilted up. Those seconds of silence felt like minutes, I could feel every hair on my body standing up and my heart starting to pounce like a festival drum. My only desire was to scream and run from that woman, the atmosphere she passed was so uncomfortable that I can't even descrive the feeling.
For some stupid moral principle, I tried to shrug it off and tell myself it was all in my head. Perhaps that woman had a medical condition that I did not know and I was afraid of nothing at all. With that thought and a lot of internal strengh, I managed to continue the phrase where I left off and gave the address to my college. The woman again did not respond, just kept her motionless stare at the road.
After around 10 seconds or so, that woman started driving away and making our way to my college. I'm usually a very sociable person and I love to talk to new people, but this situation did not make me wake that feeling. That woman was so weird, so unnatural, almost like she was not meant to be here, and yet she was. The only movements the girl made were to shift gears, accelerate, break, just the essential to move the car. She did not look both sides when crossing intersections, did not look at traffic lights, she did not even change her sitting position, and yet managed to drive like she was doing all of those things, she never cut anyone's front, did not run over red lights, almost like an AI drives, but this girl looked like flesh and organic, she definetly was NOT an AI. Most of the ride I felt uncomfortable, ocasionally looking at her still trying to process what I was seeing, and I swear in God's name she did not blink not even once during the whole ride.
After around 10 minutes of disturing silence, we finally made it to my college. I said one very embarassed and out-of-place "thank-you" to her and asked how much it was, and of course she did not answer, just kept that static position she mantained throught the entirety of our time. I took out my wallet and grabbed a considerate amount of money; much more than any other cab service would have asked for a service such as this, however I did not want to take my chances with whatever this girl was. I said how much I was paying and that I would be placing it in the cup-holder between the seats, and just stepped out of the car as fast as I could. I did not expect nor wanted any change, I just wanted to get out of that car and go on with my routine and maybe forget that whole incident. While I was stepping out of the cab, I told her, even without knowing if she was listening or not, that I would just grab my bag on the backseat and leave, to which of course no response. I shrugged it off and opened the backseat door to grab my stuff.
When I opened, I saw that my bag rolled over to the opposite side from where I was standing on the way, which meant that I would have to reach all the way down on the floor on the car inside to grab the bag handle in order to take it out. I really REALLY did not want to spend any more time inside with that woman than necessary, but I still needed my material. With one fast prayer to all the gods I knew, I semi-crawled on the backseat in order to grab my bag handle and just get out of there as soon as possible, and that's when it hit me.
Out of a sudden, a wave of panic descended upon me. My fight-or-flight response activated, my blood rushed, my heart pounced like never before, I felt a sheer wave of an iced-like cold sensation spike through my organs, the fear in me grew exponentially to such a point that the only thing that seemed rational was to scream for help and run for my life. Never have I ever experienced such fear in my entire life. Frozen by the fear and shaking like a newborn chihuahua, I slowly and painfully raised my head to look at what was making me feel that way, and I saw... her.
The woman, or whatever the hell that was, for the first time, moved. I don't know when or how I did not notice it but when I lifted my head to see her, she was still in the driver seat, but starring right at me with those menancing, disturbing, bulged eyes and with the creepiest, scariest, most blood-curdling smile I've ever seen. She was not with her head tilted up anymore, she was starring straight forward at me with those eyes at the center of those giant eyeballs, and toppled with that ear-to-ear smile. That stare without any emotion behind was now changed to a different stare. I'm not sure what she was thinking, but I swear that those eyes now had intentions, she was looking into my very soul with a killer-like instinct that made every cell in my body scream in agony. This was probably the first experience I've had to what it feels like to be stared at by an assassin. It took half a second, but for me it felt like I was starred into for an entire hour, and as my rushing mind was comprehending the danger of the situation, the girl suddently steps on the gas and takes off with the car faster than I could follow, it's still starring at me and not at the road.
I was still inside the car with my bag in hand when she did this and I still don't know how I managed to jump out without hurting myself on the process. That could've gone wrong in so many ways but I managed to stay in one piece and leave the car faster than I ever did. As I saw the cab go, although I could not see her, I could tell clear as day that she was watching me as she drove away.
It took me several minutes to come to myself again. I puked on some plants on the side of the parking lot I was at and pratically dragged myself to my empty classroom. Even though my friends eventually came and my classes started, I couldn't focus. Every time I closed my eyes, I saw that woman... That monster that made me fear for my life more than I've ever imagined. I'm now in a bathroom stall, with my phone in hand typing everything I felt, feel and lived. Telling this via a written story is way easier than telling face-to-face without breaking into tears or having a panic attack. Just remembering this incident makes me anxious, nervous, I start to shake the moment I remember that smile.
If someone can tell or explain to me what I lived today, I would be insanely grateful. It doesn't even have to be complex nor make sense, even a simple hypothesis or theory is already enough for me to calm down a little, since my mind is still anesthetized and failing to comprehend anything. I feel like knowing what I've experienced can make me control my emotions and understand better the situation I was in.
Anyhow, I believe that, should I need to go to college through a different mean, next time I will just walk my way there.

There are a few posts out there about towing capacity and specs of the factory X5 towing package. While respectable (in some regards) I'm wondering who's actually done it and how it went?
I've got a 2020 M50i with the factory tow package and am really looking forward to towing a 3k lbs. travel trailer and possibly a friend's 4400lb boat but am a little concerned about the water pump, transmission and other heavily worked components getting beat up.
Any thoughts on recommended upgraded components or service and how it went for you would be great! Thanks!

I have read the mod description multiple times now but I just wanted to make sure.
The mod description says it takes around 30s to swap characters but as I am making this post I have been waiting for 30min to swap to my previous character. I had no issues creating a new character but even that took several minutes.
Also, it seems Proteus starts lagging after i've used a player module feature. Now even when I want to select the player module from the wheel it takes a few minutes to show me the menu.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? According to my google search there are very few problems with proteus and those mainly center around player appearence. Regardless I figured I should try my luck here.
