Woke up this morning to see a $680 charge on my PNC account saying “ASSN *ORDER CARD#XXXX” (last 4 of my debit). It says it’s still pending and I already called PNC & they said I can’t do anything until it’s posted at 10pm EST tonight. I already locked my debit card.

Looking for some more pals to game with! I play on PC and have a whole load of games on Steam, Epic, and gamepass.
Right now I am playing No mans sky, deep rock galactic, and mass effect. Would be great to play some games with other folks, I am down to give anything a shot and I play most kinds of games barring sports games!

I have a consult coming up with my dr and want to make sure I ask the best questions. After 2 egg retrievals, I just had my first medicated FET cycle with est** and PIO using a euploid 4BB. It ended in a chemical pregnancy. I have secondary infertility, suspected tubal issue due to a history of previous ectopic pregnancy. Prior to IVF, I had 4 chemical pregnancies, 1 ectopic with tube removal, and a pregnancy of unknown location that ended at 6 weeks. We did IVF because of these losses, the dr said IVF would help avoid anymore losses. So it’s very disheartening to be in the same situation- with another chemical pregnancy. So issues during my FET cycle included a bad reaction to PIO so I switched to endometrin with PIO every 3rd day the day after transfer. My uterus is so tilted that the transfer took 30 minutes as the Dr struggled to get the catheter into the uterus (never happened during my mock transfer). My cycles are a bit irregular and have been more irregular since beginning fertility meds over the past year, but I always ovulate on my own, it just might fall late. I also have a very short luteal phase (7-9 days), so I am unsure if medicated FETs are my only option. My Dr doesn’t believe in ERAs now that their recent study showed no improvement in success by doing ERA. What other questions should I be asking or what other steps should I be suggesting?

The Greek and Persian historians following the time of Xerxes the Great (= Ester's Ahasuerus) were not kind to him. They generally painted him as a rather dull, slow-witted character. How much of this is accurate is highly debated. It may have been because of the two great events that marked his reign (486 - 465 BC) made him a man of some ridicule:

• The complete failure of the Greek invasion (480 BC) and the vast wasted cost of the campaign
• He was assassinated by Artabanus, a most ignominious end to someone who styled himself as "Great"

The book of Esther is more neutral about Xerxes's character simply painting him as overly trusting of the scheming Haman.
When Haman discusses the Jewish genocide with the Ahasuerus, he does so in deliberately veiled language ("certain people" Est 3:8) and the king makes very few inquiries about the details but leaves it all to Haman by giving him free reign; even providing the royal signet ring (V10).
It was Haman who organised and composed the royal decrees and dispatches, something that was only possible, in ignorance of the king, because Haman possessed the royal signate ring to authorize such dispatches. It is clear that, at least in this instance, the king was little interested in the details of government and delegated it to Haman.
It should also be recalled that neither Haman nor the king were aware that Esther was Jewish; equally, the king was ignorant that Mordecai was Jewish, although Haman knew.
Therefore, the circumstances here strongly suggest that Ahasuerus was quite ignorant of the details of Haman's plans. Had he been aware, it is almost certain that he would have prevented them from being hatched. This is confirmed by the kings actions in Esther 7 - when the king discovered what had happened, Haman was executed.

I was recently diagnosed with T1 last month and have been released from the hospital just 2 weeks ago. Before I was diagnosed, for as long as I can remember I would always snack after school, right at 4pm. I also would eat quite a big snack / meal after dinner at around 10pm, kind of like a second dinner. After being diagnosed, I’ve limited myself to only eating 3 meals a day, however my blood sugar seems to spike into the 200’s right at those times that I would have snacked / had an extra meal. This may be a stretch but is there such thing that my body’s so used to my blood sugar spiking at those times that it’s still in a routine of spiking at those times, in a circadian rhythm sort of sense? I’m curious in figuring out why it would spike at those particular times where its well after I’ve eaten my meals. Is it some type of phenomenon?
