I use the app pretty frequently and almost always it’s from stores really near by. Today I placed an order from Walmart (there are 3 Walmarts that I’m aware of in a 10 mile radius) but my shopper just text me that she’s coming from Vacaville. That’s over 45 miles and over an hour drive. I was SHOCKED. I feel horrible about it. So my questions are:
-Are the shoppers aware where the order is coming from before accept to do the delivery?

 | my 2019 lx civic’s AC doesn’t work properly, some days it does (but needs like a 10-15 min use of AC b4 it actually starts blowing cold air) and other days it seems like it just doesn’t want to work. i’m not sure if this is a common like issue or if this is just mine 🤷🏼♂️ i had my boss take a look at it and we both noticed the cap to the high pressure lines is missing and the AC makes a cylinder like noise when it’s on, that’s the best way i can describe. i haven’t taken it to the dealer as i Don’t want to have to spend who knows how much to get it fixed. i’m a window down type of guy anyways but there are days i do wish it worked correctly. one other thing, i purchased it from a GMC/buick dealership so should i take it to them or should i go to a honda dealership? submitted by NoGain8853 to civic [link] [comments] |

I'm an immigrant in Canada, recently living in Saskatchewan. I need others' opinions on my situation. I got a bill of about $870 on my car repair service without anything being resolved from the Buick GMC repair shop in SK. The first time I talked with a service centre representative in Buick, I heard that I only needed to change my timing belt. As they said they could fix that exactly with confidence, I believed that and committed my car there for repair. I waited about 2 weeks until the timing belt was delivered while renting another car. So I just started about a week and a half ago selling cars at a Cadillac Buick and GMC dealership. So far I’ve sold one car hopefully two tomorrow. I’ve had a lot of trouble setting up appointments over the phone and feel like every lead leaves me hanging do you guys have any advice overall to someone who’s brand new selling luxury cars?
Also I’ve been having a lot of insecurity seeing people sell 20 of these cars a month on average while I’m having difficulty selling one unit I know it’s also an experience thing but I see them setting appointments everyday I can’t help but feel like I must be doing something wrong.

Note - Don't give up hope unless your specific part number is listed. There is at least one salty GM Employee out there that appears to be capable of remanufacturing old ECM's for Corvettes and such.
My name is XXXX, and I am a lead agent here at the Saginaw DPAC center. I am reaching out to you in regards to the R&R program that you spoke with an agent about earlier today. Unfortunately, as of 01/30/2020, that program has been discontinued. Here is a copy of the bulletin that was put out about it in 2020:
Summary GM has been unable to resource an R & R program for HVAC control heads. All OE and reman part numbers will be discontinued and orders cancelled.
Details For several years GMCCA has been unable to supply some select HVAC control heads. As an interim step, a Dealer exclusive Repair and Return program (R&R) was launched, which would eventually transition to a DealeACDelco REMAN program once ample core inventory was obtained. Unfortunately, the interim R&R supplier elected to exit the business, resulting in the entire project being put on hold while GM attempted to resource.
Despite our best efforts, including a global search for potential suppliers, GM has been unable to resource this program. At this time, all options have been exhausted and the only path forward is the discontinuation of both the R&R program and the associated REMAN effort.
The following part numbers are DISCONTINUED and no longer available from GM. Please see the attached.

I’ve got a late flight into SMF in a couple of months that doesn’t land until around 8PM, and I’m planning on staying in Vacaville that night. Does anyone have any dinner recommendations for some place that is open late? Probably won’t be passing through the area until after 9, and i was hoping to avoid the basic fast food joints if possible. Wouldn’t mind trying any cant-miss places around the university, since we will be driving right through Davis on our way! Thanks in advance!!

I'm VERY interested in a Ultium charger for home, and am going to have it hardwired for maximum charge rate (I ride share on the side so the quick charging is very helpful to me). I'm trying to purchase it through the accessories.Chevrolet.com site (I've also checked Buick, GMC, and Cadillac, along with the corresponding parts.*.com sites) but don't seem to be able to apply the current coupon codes (15% off), does anyone have any insight as to why this isn't working for me?
Also looking for any feedback on the Ultium L2 charger. I'm using reward points so this unit will cost me less than $100. I've seen some feedback on the sub from the past, but most of it appears to be at least 4-6 months old.
