I am writing an article regarding Quest Requirements in LOTRh. I have all requirements from the start until:

If anyone is willing to help me since I looked through all available Videos and googled thoroughly without any success, it would be of great help to everyone. I need what comes next, that is all. Showing people in advance what they need to get quest rewards is really important in my opinion, especially for f2p whose progression is basically linked with the speed of completing quest requirements.

Today is the feast of Pentecost, and the end of the Paschal season which covers Easter, the Ascension and Pentecost. It is the culmination of the event of the resurrection.
In an earlier sermon we discussed why we say specifically “Christ is risen,” and not “Jesus is risen.” We said that it is unremarkable for a man named Jesus, or for instance Lazarus, to be resurrected; as we saw with the latter, this was only a resuscitation to life which still ended up again in death. It is a resurrection to earthly life. But to say Christ is risen has another implication altogether: resurrection to heavenly life.
By His resurrection Jesus teaches us three lessons. Let's review them.
First: Jesus rose from the dead with our very flesh. By His rising from the dead, which is our rising from the dead, Jesus demonstrates the inherent dignity of the human being, which not even death can keep confined. He demonstrates this further by His apparition to Thomas, displaying His very human wounds in His risen body, and by His glorious ascension to the right hand of God by which man is given his place right at the side of God. By His resurrection, Jesus displays the design of God for mankind: to elevate us above everything else.
Second: Jesus puts our humanity above the angels. Indeed, the angels were made to serve not only God but also man. See how the angels advised Abraham (in Genesis 18), saved Lot from Sodom (in Genesis 19), and guided Tobias (in Tobit). As stated in Hebrews 2:5-18, the world was not made to be ruled by angels, but to be ruled by human beings, which Jesus Christ fulfilled in His person. However, Lucifer, the devil, did not accept this, and inflamed himself with pride and revolted because he refused to serve man.
Third: “Christ” means the Messiah, the One sent by God Whom the Jews expected, and today still expect; our belief that the Christ has come as Jesus may be the only thing differenciating us from them, they who are our elder brothers in the faith. To say the One sent by God is risen is to say that God's promise, incarnated and recapitulated in this person, never dies; it remains with us forever, nothing can keep it away from us. This is why, during the Divine Liturgy, we answer to each other “Christ is in our midst—He is and ever shall be.” The Ascension does not contradict this: it is not the farewell of Jesus, but on the contrary the pledge of His everlasting presence. It is the fulfillment of His words in His last discourse (John 16:7): “If I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you.”
The Gospel of John often speaks of the Paraclete, which is translated as the Helper but also means the Advocate, Defender, Intercessor. Jesus calls Him the Spirit of Truth. He is the mean by which His words after His resurrection will come true (Matthew 28:20): “I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” The coming of the Holy Spirit is the permanent presence of Jesus with us. As He also told the Apostles (John 14:16-17): “I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever—the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.”
Therefore the Lord sends us His Holy Spirit and remains with us forever, not in His physical presence but in His spiritual presence. Led and empowered and accompanied by Him, nothing is required of us, except for one thing: to know the Spirit. St. Seraphim of Sarov taught plainly that the aim of the Christian life is nothing else but the acquisition and intimate knowledge of the Holy Spirit. To this end, let us at least pray daily, morning and evening, from Pentecost to Easter, this prayer which during that time opens all our prayers: “Heavenly King, Comforter, the Spirit of truth, everywhere present and filling all things, Treasury of blessings and Giver of Life, come and dwell in us; cleanse us of every stain and save our souls, gracious One.” Let us also always keep everyday in ourselves the promise of Jesus' enduring and permanent presence in and with us, which becomes a fountain of joy and vivifying comfort and consolation for our troubles. Amen.

Is it normal for people in audit type positions to be somewhat "shunned" socially?
People praise my work, daily. People trip over themselves thanking me and recommending me for things internally. I'm not dumb, i know a lot of this is a nice way to saddle me with other duties. But I have been able to carve out a very interesting position by taking and improving on various adopted tasks.
Thing is I've been there almost a decade. We're all close at work, one coworker because my real life best friend. But the others, even those who are very close to her, the friendly vibes are never extended outside working hours, which is fine.
But we have an internal recognition program, gets your name and the name you praise put in for a gift card. I try to do 5 a month to promote whatever I am working on (my projects also suffer due to lack of buy in) , I have not ever been given one myself.
I also realized the coworkers who were on LinkedIn endorsed and reviewed each other so I went around and endorsed some skills and wrote one nice recommendation. People thanked me but again, no one has ever endorsed or recommended me.
I work in process improvement and a lot of my job puts me in a place where I drive change and hold people Accountable while also not holding a management position. So I'm not exactly popular, but is it normal to feel this "othered" as a process improvement person in a dysfunctional organization?
I actually love my job. I get paid well and they have been very supportive and accommodating while I grew my family but I'm getting tired of this feeling.

Hi! I'm managing a team (around 6 devs, ~200 devs in the entire company) and we've always had some problems with code reviews and specifically management of MRs throughout our product.
The way it used to work was as follows - dev would throw their merge request in the team's channel, and then start pinging team members for reviews; this works eventually, but it's not optimal as devs sometimes get blocked waiting for reviews, and MRs are in danger of being lost in the group chat and forgotten (we've actually had dozens of open, unmerged MRs throughout our org 🤦 ).
We've experimented with a new approach - during daily standup, we assign unreviewed MRs to each team member (assigned by relevancy/code ownership/availability), in order to make code reviews a part of the daily workflow. So far it's working much better - devs are completing more reviews than before, and assigning time slots for reviews to themselves because of it. It also reduces the effort to ping other teammates for review.
Has anyone experienced anything similar? would appreciate some extra tips to reduce the time it takes to merge code/improve collaboration.

Hi everyone,
First, I hope you're all doing great and thank you in advance for any advice/help.
I'm just getting started on FBA and have been dealing with a verified Alibaba supplier recently. I placed an order with them for an item that I want to sell. At first, everything seemed fine. Agreed on a product, price and shipping method. But once the order was actually placed, red flags began to appear literally everywhere. Once I reviewed the contract, I noticed that the shipping method was slickly placed as DAP versus the agreed upon DDP shipping. I asked them to change it and they did.
So far, so good with a minor hiccup. Then it came time for an inspection. I had the items inspected, and before the inspection was done I received a message asking me if I'd be okay with a different color for the item than what we agreed on. I said NO. Then the inspection was done, and they had the incorrect items inspected with the items I was asked if I would be okay with. Which btw, failed the inspection. Next big red flag.
I then took a look at the contract, and it turns out that they set the items to shipped, when they were just being inspected. I began asking questions and telling them that I would like pictures of the items I paid for, and what do you know? No pictures were being sent of the correct items.
How should I move forward? Can I request a refund? I paid using Trade Assurance. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as the items are going to automatically be set as delivered in a few days when they haven't even been shipped yet. Thank you.

Even the "advanced" search is dogwater. You can't search for titles with specific price ranges, you can't search for minimum number of reviews, you can't search for specific review score ranges, can't sort by either of those as well. The new sale has a "85% off" section but it only shows 30 titles with no ability to "show all". Laughable.
What would be handy, for me at least, would be to comb this sale with the website showing only 70% off and higher discount titles, or basically below $8 (since that's how much my credits are worth) with a 4.5 star rating or more, and at least like 5k reviews.
It's impossible to find anything you're not specifically looking for on Audible. If I sort by bestsellers it shows titles with 3 reviews lol. It's borderline broken.
So, is there an external tool or something that makes it possible to do proper advanced searches? Like an extension or an app? Or some other way to sort it?

I was recently placed onto a project at my job with the sales department to create a spreadsheet using excel. I have not yet been told what were doing, but in an abundance of caution I wanted to brush up on my Excel skills. I had once a year or two ago taken an advanced excel class, even learning up to some VBA coding, but I've forgotten most of it as I haven't used it since. So, what do you guys think are the most important excel functions I should review?

I've curated a massive playlist consisting of over 7,000 songs from various genres, but I believe it's missing some outstanding indie tracks. That's where you come in!
The Story Behind the Playlist
Over the past year, I've scoured social media platforms, including several subreddits, to compile an eclectic collection of music. It has been an incredible journey, discovering hidden gems and beloved classics alike. However, I want to make this playlist truly exceptional by incorporating your suggestions for indie songs that you consider 100% perfect.
What I'm Looking For
I'm reaching out to the amazing members of indieheads to contribute their favorite indie songs, the ones that they believe are absolutely flawless. Whether it's an indie-pop anthem that never fails to put a smile on your face or a hauntingly beautiful indie-folk track that leaves you breathless, I want to know your choices for songs that belong in this playlist.
Guidelines for Song Suggestions
To keep things organized and maintain a high-quality selection, I kindly ask you to follow a few guidelines when making your suggestions:

1. Please only suggest indie songs from any subgenre or era. While the playlist already features a diverse range of genres, I'm specifically seeking indie tracks to enrich its indie music section.
2. Share songs that you genuinely believe are 100% perfect. These can be tracks that evoke strong emotions, showcase remarkable musicianship, or possess awe-inspiring lyrics.
3. Feel free to suggest both well-known indie classics and lesser-known indie gems. The goal is to create a well-rounded playlist that introduces listeners to new favorites while celebrating the familiar.

Hi! I'm managing a team (around 6 devs, ~200 devs in the entire company) and we've always had some problems with code reviews and specifically management of MRs throughout our product. The way it used to work was as follows - dev would throw their merge request in the team's channel, and then start pinging team members for reviews; this works eventually, but it's not optimal as devs sometimes get blocked waiting for reviews, and MRs are in danger of being lost in the group chat and forgotten (we've actually had dozens of open, unmerged MRs throughout our org 🤦 ). We've experimented with a new approach - during daily standup, we assign unreviewed MRs to each team member (assigned by relevancy/code ownership/availability), in order to make code reviews a part of the daily workflow. So far it's working much better - devs are completing more reviews than before, and assigning time slots for reviews to themselves because of it. It also reduces the effort to ping other teammates for review. Has anyone experienced anything similar? would appreciate some extra tips to reduce the time it takes to merge code/improve collaboration. Thanks! I have twins who were in the NICU since December; 160 day stay and now they’re home with me and MY health anxiety is through the roof. I apologize in advance for my rambles.
They are 8 weeks corrected but almost 6 months actual age. It’s been an incredibly hard transition from 1 to 3 as a newly single mom. We moved across the country last week and my daughter, L, is showing severe allergies/reaction on her cheeks and neck. There isn’t a specific time of day this is happening, but it gets worse when she runs hot or cries. It’s not scaly, a little bumpy, but it will ooze if it gets irritated enough. I tried keeping it dry, moist, lotion, etc. It never fully clears up and comes back especially when she’s eating from a bottle is when I notice it getting pink and then red, and usually within an hour or two of eating (breastmilk) her cheeks are fire engine red and she’s agitated. First doctor (local pediatrician) gave a cream and suggested steroids/Benadryl and she screamed every time I applied it, so I went to a second doctor (dermatologist online over the weekend) and that doctor basically ruled out eczema and said this doesn’t appear similar at all. The next steps are allergy testing for food and environmentals and possibly FPIES? She seems so uncomfortable all of the time. Her twin sister has no issue eating, no skin issues, no different bottle/milk setup, etc.
What should I expect/ how can I prepare for testing? I don’t want to see her miserable. Should I continually document this with pictures, etc? Go find another doctor ASAP? The wait is about 2 months for testing unless I drive her to another state and pay out of pocket. I’m extremely nervous this could get worse quickly or spread to other areas.
Edit: I tried reaching out to their birth father for any childhood allergies or skin sensitivities and haven’t gotten a response so I have no extra info to help narrow it down. Thanks!

I continue to receive this message, “unknown error occurred, please try again later” each time I try to access the review materials. The FAQs are not of any help. I have: gone through the FAQs; tried to Google search for this issue; signed out, signed in and uninstalled and reinstalled the app (the only options provided for error messages); and contacted support.
Has anyone else encountered this problem who could help me resolve it? Thanks in advance for any help the subreddit can provide!

As is often the case, there are times when I’m aware of an audio drama for a while. However, sometimes it takes me a bit to get around to them. It helps when I get a nudge in that direction. But it almost always proves to be worth the wait. Such was the case with Chain of Being.
Chain of Being is set far into the future. Humanity has spread to the stars, encountered numerous alien races, and made major advances in science and technology. And yet this world of tomorrow is very much connected to the mythical past. Magic exists alongside science and technology, leviathans and angels attack unsuspecting spaceships, and gods constantly meddle in the affairs of humanity and the other sentient races. The series follows Adam Delta 5. He is the biblical Adam, the very first human ever created. Adam has been wandering the universe for thousands of years, and has grown a bit distant from the rest of humanity. Lately, however, Adam is taking more interest in humanity. A strange force is mutating beings across the universe, and twisting them into strange and unnatural forms. A force that may have a connection to Adam’s past.
The first few episodes of Chain of Being are a bit shorter, and are primarily there to ease the viewer into the setting. The show truly starts around episodes six and seven, Epistasis parts 1 and 2. That’s the point where Adam officially appears. I do understand why series creator Cai Gwilym Pritchard started with these prequel episodes. The setting of Chain of Being is a very unusual one. I can best describe Chain of Being as what would happen if China Miéville decided to make an audio drama. The key word here is weird, as in Weird Fiction.
You do get some hints of familiarity here and there. There’s certainly plenty of biblical allusions, and nods to various mythologies. However, they’re often presented in an unusual context. For example, our protagonist is the biblical Adam, but he’s an immortal, and he has glass horns and completely black eyes. I thought the horns might have been an obscure mythological reference. However, Cai Gwilym Pritchard says that they’re meant to be a reference to the Mark of Cain.
We first encounter Adam aboard an ark ship that is carrying some of the last surviving specimens of birds from East Africa. This is clearly a nod to the story of Noah and the Ark. Interesting that the birds were from East Africa, as that is where humans first evolved. I’m tempted to think that was deliberate. One of the prequel episodes features a character named Tubal Cain. He’s a minor character mentioned in the Book of Genesis, and is claimed to be the world’s first blacksmith.
Adam at one point mentions the different gods that created the different sentient races of the galaxy. Interestingly, it wasn’t Yahweh or Elohim who created humanity. Rather, it was a goddess named Epicurosa. She doesn’t appear to have an analog in any actual mythology, and appears to have been made-up for Chain of Being. Cai Gwilym Pritchard has said he feels a bit embarrassed that most of the aliens are humanoid. However, I think Chain of Being has a pretty brilliant explanation for that. Humans were created in the image of the gods, so it would make sense that other sentient races would be humanoid. It is mentioned that humans aren’t the only race that Epicurosa created.
I should also note that Cai Gwilym Pritchard created Chain of Being at the tender age of seventeen. They wanted to see more science fantasy stories, and decided to be the change they wanted to see in the world. Quite the accomplishment that was indeed.
