Introduction
The following list gives an overview for the 31st mayor's pass season Fabulous Florida - Florida Summer Vibes, of Simcity Buildit, which runs for 6 weeks, starting on Wednesday 7th of June 2023. The mayor's pass has 42 tiers for the free and premium passes. The premium-plus pass, which was introduced during season 21, has 52 tiers.
A premium pass or a premium-plus pass can be bought at any moment during the season. When the season ends, the option to buy is closed at the same moment.
When buying a premium pass, the player has to choose between the 'basic" premium pass and the premium-plus pass. It is not possible to "upgrade" from a premium pass to a premium-plus pass once the premium pass has been bought.
Buying a premium pass or a premium-plus pass will immediately unlock all premium/plus rewards of the tiers that already have been finished at the moment of buying. The premium plus pass will also unlock the next 5 tiers (for more specific info: read the premium plus section).
The first 16 seasons were officially numbered. Uptil season 16 the reward items in the mayor's pass specialisation section were numbered according to their original seasons. Since the 17th season these numbers have disappeared. In stead of the season number the name of the season is now shown in the building information.
Rewards
The unique new reward buildings are indicated in bold in the rewards columns.
Most other rewards are the same as, or comparable to rewards from previous seasons. For a few seasons in a row now, the free pass rewards for tier 4 and tier 26 are swapped each new season.
The number of unique new buildings from the free pass has steadily gone down since the mayor's passes were originally introduced.
The free pass gave 5 unique new buildings since season 3 (when the seasons were shortened from 12 to 6 weeks). But since season 7 the free pass only gave 4 unique new buildings. Since season 11, the number of unique new buildings for the free pass is further limited: now you only can get 3 unique new buildings.
Tier points
Starting in season 30 the points per tier were different from previous seasons. It is expected that this season the points per tier will be the same as in season 30.
The list contains the number of plumbob points that are needed for each tier and the rewards from the free pass, the premium pass and the premium-plus pass.
Double points week
In the previous mayor's pass seasons there was a "double points week" in the last week (which only lasts 5 days because the season ends when the 6th Contest of Mayors (CoM) week ends). During this week, the regular assignments as well as the milestone tasks give double points.
Lightning CoM week
During season 25 there was a "Lightning CoM week" in week 5 for the first time: each CoM lasted 48 hours, and there were 3 CoM's during this week. Each CoM had 20 tasks less than the usual amount, and the targets for the milestones were lower (as well as the points for the milestones). But adding those 3 CoM's together, there were more tasks to complete and more points from milestones to gain, than during a regular week.
The Lightning CoM week wasn't repeated during seasons 26, 28 and 30. Lightning CoM weeks did return in the 5th week during seasons 27 en 29, this time with 2 CoM's that each lasted 72 hours. In season 27 the second Lightning CoM had double points; probably due to a mistake by the developers.
Based on this pattern it is considered likely that there will be a lightning CoM week again in the 5th week of this season.
Free and premium pass
In the table below, "tier points" indicate the number of plumbob points needed to get to the indicated tier from the previous tier. "Total points" gives the number of plumbob points from start upto the indicated tier.
Calculation for the weekly average points: Taking the double points week into account, the "weekly av." number indicates what your average weekly plumbob points score should be during the first 5 weeks and double that amount in the final week, if you want to reach that tier by the end of the season. To get to tier 42 you will need 87k during the first 5 weeks and 175k in the final week.
Premium-plus pass
There is no weekly average calculated for the tiers of the premium-plus pass, because the average that you need depends on when you buy the premium-plus pass.
Buying it at the start of the season will let you advance the first 5 tiers (14,000 points). Buying the premium-plus pass at a later moment will let you advance 5 tiers from your position at the moment of buying.
Unfortunately this isn't the case at the end of the tier track. When you don't buy the pass when you have reached tier 42, you will still accumulate points but you no longer advance in tiers. Bying the premium-plus pass after reaching tier 42 will first advance you to tier 47. Then the extra points that you may have got after tier 42 will be taken into account and (if you have enough) will advance you further in the tiers.
Going from tier 42 to tier 47 will only save you 145k points. It is more profitable to buy the premium-plus pass when you have reached tier 37. That will bring you to tier 42, saving 194k points.
Taking the double points week into account in a six week season you need 136k weekly and 272k during the double points week to reach tier 52, when you buy the premium-plus pass at the start of the season. When you buy it immediately after having reached tier 37, you need 110k weekly and 221k during the double points week to finish tier 52.

 | (This is my first Strain review so be mindful of that) Strain And Overview: Pink Octane: This indicates dominant strain hits hard and smokes smooth. with a earthy citrus smell. and a pungent taste, this strain is perfect for daily smokers. the high is cerebral but does relax the body as well. its hard hitting and long lasting, it just make you feel good too. submitted by Anti_exe325 to TheOCS [link] [comments] Effects/High: Although bring a Indica this hits you in the head in just the right way. but that doesn't mean that the indica is lost. you feel this high throughout your entire body. this strain will leave you relaxed and happy. overall I'd give the high a confident 9.2/10. honestly the high is the best part of this weed. and really that's your smoking weed for so this one's great. first green seal pickup I LOVED. Bag Appeal: These were medium sized green nugs with purple specks, orange psitils and friasted in a layer of kief. overall for bag appeal alone I'd give it a 7.9/10 Smell: I'm not the greatest at describing smells but, this strain Has a inital strong earthy aroma. then you get the Dank Gas smell. and finally on the back end you get a slight sweet citrus aroma. I'd give Pink Octane a 6/10 as the smell was lacking, but that could be the packaging date. Consumption methods: bong: Out of the bong you get a strong earthy, gassy taste with sweet notes on the end. it is really smooth and gives and nice head high as well as a nice body high. Left my eyes heavy and my mind happy. joint: When smoking a joint the flavour comes through much stronger. with Pink Octane you really get a gas taste and it kinda overpowers the sweet notes but, the citrus is still noticeable. it hits the head and eyes harder and burns clean. the ash was mainly white but did have specks of black. lastly the resin ring was well developed and even running at times. overall a great and tasty smoke. kingpalm/blunt: the thicker smoke provides a different smoking experience. the flavour was obviously affected and I found it a little harsher too. the ash was more peppery too this time. overall still really enjoyable too. smoothness, flavour and ash burning mainly pure makes this one a 8/10 on the smoking experience. Price: I picked this 8th up from my local store. it was on sale for $35.49 for the 8th, and it's not much pricer on OCS. coming in at $35.99 for the 8th. Rating: Overall I like the High a lot. I smoke a lot daily and I find a lot of the Indicas feel the same lately. so to get a cerebral high but also the body high is a nice change. the flavour is Dank and gassy, and earthy with slight sweet citrus notes. and i find the strain to be consistently really smooth. my bag was packaged on January 23 2023 wirhout a humidity pack so my nugs were a little stiff but that didnt really effect the smoking experience. So I'd say that Pink Octane is a 8.7/10 strain and I would recommend it to any smoker that likes a hard hitting indica with sativa notes. |

I (30F) am seeking support (advice?). I was diagnosed with a “restrictive-type” ED in March. Something I have struggled with for 10 yrs tho. This is my second more “acute” episode. The first time I was in university and didn’t have insurance so I didn’t seek treatment tho I became very ill and had to see a neurologist due to symptoms….then I’ve had periods of what I thought was more “normal” eating but my family told me recently they knew I was still restricting and also purging.
Anyway skip to this relapse (?). I am considered overweight atm and my PCP isn’t concerned (he said I can “stand to lose some weight” and just told me to take like 8 or so different vitamins OTC). However my psychiatrist and OT are very concerned. My psychiatrist has been having me do daily food logging for 6 weeks now and I have been honest with her about acknowledging the diagnosis but not really wanting help right now.
My psych told me about the process of treatment on Friday and my OT told me today that she feels I should enter treatment before I go to Grad School in the spring. I feel very conflicted bc I have a treatment team that wants me to get help but my PCP doesn’t take it seriously since I’m overweight and I’m afraid a treatment center won’t either when I go for an eval.
Also I am unsure if I actually want/desire treatment. I feel like I have this under control and won’t let it get to the point of when it started in undergrad around 2013. I feel so much pressure to get help but I don’t think I need help. I feel so confused and I don’t know what I should do at this point. Like at what point is treatment actually necessary?

I don't know what to do.
I'd like to think I'm a compassionate person & a good son. I won't lie, I feel guilty for feeling this way. Ultimately though, I just think my dad is pathetic. I hate every second I have to talk to him.
I'll try to keep context short but I feel it's important. My family divorced when I was 5. My siblings went with my mom & I chose to go with my dad because he told me he'd be lonely. There was a custody feud & for the next 20+ years, 90% of anything I heard from them was shit talk from both of them. It didn't take long for me to want as little to do with them as possible.
The divorce was apparently my dad's fault—for a truly terrible reason that still to this day is unclear. My mom said he was a narcissistic criminal piece of shit. My dad says she was selfish, greedy, & just wanted half his retirement. Obviously summarizing but that's the gist. Over time, I've lived with my dad so I could be bias but from what I can gather, she wasn't completely lying. To be honest, I can't say either of them were.
My dad was a busy guy, so ironically I ended up spending 90% of my time alone. This made me very comfortable with being alone & I actually struggle being around people constantly. I crave alone time, which is fortunate since moving around growing up & splitting from my family didn't exactly leave me with a ton of people to talk to. I still do have friends though, & I love them more than anything. There's nothing I want more in life than to spend quality times with my little circle.
My relationship with my dad growing up seemed pretty typical. I played a lot of sports & went to a lot of daycares. My dad played catch every once in a while. Other than that, as I grew up, our relationship typically seemed transactional. I never got something just out of love, I always had to either earn it (which is fair) or be guilt tripped over it (i.e. it would pop up later as a "You owe me" kind of thing). This eventually made me very independent. I feel as though I was essentially curated from the divorce to be alone & not need my parents for anything—which I took in stride apparently.
Everything just seemed to center around him. I couldn't even be upset because it would upset him so I matured emotionally. His daily "lectures" were just vents. I hated every moment of them. I felt like I'd been emotionally parenting him since I was 10 years old. He's just been this anchor of negativity in my life since before I can remember. Even the happy memories I have with him are just fogged by all the trauma he's dumped on me.
Finally, I went off to college. Had an amazing time. Graduated college. Got a great job. It was smooth sailing. I didn't reach out to him much but we were good. We got together every now and then—it was normal. It felt good. But now is different.
Within the last few months I got cheated on & laid off. I was/am going through a rough time & slipping into a deep depression. I am extremely anxious about my future & it's taking a lot of my energy to focus on getting all my ducks in a row. But these problems don't matter right now... because my dad has problems too.
He calls me every single day. Whenever I have plans, he's suddenly in the neighborhood & wants to drop by. I cannot get a fucking day without him spamming me. Why? Because he's lonely & his knees hurt. I can tell you there's likely a reason his trauma dumped son is the only person he has to talk to. Every time I talk to him its, "will you take care of me when I can't move around anymore? Idk what I'm going to do." I won't go into other details but trust me it's always something thats nearly life or death to get my attention & it's always ends in me suffering through some T.V. shows & venting until I can go home. It's need after need after need after need. It puts me under so so much stress just to figure out that nothings really THAT bad at the end of the day. He just wants to manipulate sympathy out of me to guilt trip me into spending time with him because he KNOWS I don't want to. He must know.
I just feel like I'm parenting my parent all over again. & He's never asked about my problems. Any help he's offered was phrased as a "well what do I get?" & it just makes me not want to talk to him. Sometimes I really do wish I just lived with my mom.
I just wish he could be a man & stop whining all the time. Stop lying & making such big deals out of things a 12 year old could handle. He pushes everyone away because he just wants a huge pity party everywhere he goes.
I don't feel like I owe him anything but I kind of do so it's so hard to just finally tell him I need to just live my own life without him. How do you tell your dad you just don't really want anything to do with him? Even if he probably subtly knows, I just can't bring myself to have this conversation. He needs help but I just can't give it to him anymore. But he seems entirely incapable of just sacking up & helping himself. I'm tried. & I'm spiraling because of it. Sometimes I think he just wants to drag someone down with him.

I (30F) am seeking support (advice?). I was diagnosed with a “restrictive-type” ED in March. Something I have struggled with for 10 yrs tho. This is my second more “acute” episode. The first time I was in university and didn’t have insurance so I didn’t seek treatment tho I became very ill and had to see a neurologist due to symptoms….then I’ve had periods of what I thought was more “normal” eating but my family told me recently they knew I was still restricting and also purging.
Anyway skip to this relapse (?). I am considered overweight atm and my PCP isn’t concerned (he said I can “stand to lose some weight” and just told me to take like 8 or so different vitamins OTC). However my psychiatrist and OT are very concerned. My psychiatrist has been having me do daily food logging for 6 weeks now and I have been honest with her about acknowledging the diagnosis but not really wanting help right now.
My psych told me about the process of treatment on Friday and my OT told me today that she feels I should enter treatment before I go to Grad School in the spring. I feel very conflicted bc I have a treatment team that wants me to get help but my PCP doesn’t take it seriously since I’m overweight and I’m afraid a treatment center won’t either when I go for an eval.
Also I am unsure if I actually want/desire treatment. I feel like I have this under control and won’t let it get to the point of when it started in undergrad around 2013. I feel so much pressure to get help but I don’t think I need help. I feel so confused and I don’t know what I should do at this point. Like at what point is treatment actually necessary?

Plus I have 6E wide feet, so I’m used to sizing up to compensate for extra width. When I skooch my toes up to where they should be, there’s a pretty substantial gap of inches in the heel. I can’t really feel any issue, though, they seem fine to walk in, if a bit large. Placing my heels in the heel cup is a non-starter though, my toes barely make it out of under the leather, and they rest right on the toe bar. Honestly, if I put my feet roughly in the middle, there’s a gap at both ends, but it doesn’t feel too bad. If these are just hopeless, I’ll accept it. Thanks for any advice! |

I've had a debilitating case of Long Covid for the past 11 months. I'm male, 39, and before I got sick I was in very good physical health (played soccer, tennis, ran, etc., though didn't lift weights) and also double vaxxed and boosted. Now (I'm sure you've heard the stories) I'm largely housebound, unable to work, and struggle to walk more than a few blocks without getting out of breath. A number of the symptoms I had at the start -- fatigue, brain fog, palpitations -- have largely resolved, but I'm left with a relentless pressure in my chest that gets more intense and painful when I do anything remotely strenuous. Simply bending down to pick something up off the floor or taking out the trash are enough to cause a flare up. I've seen many doctors during the time I've been sick, and a battery of tests (chest x-ray, CT scan, EKG, echocardiogram, cardio stress test, pulmonary function test, bloodwork, etc.) have come back normal, ruling out any underlying condition. However, it was only two weeks ago that a new doctor suggested I might have costochondritis. I've been researching the condition online (this community has been an invaluable resource), and I'm now pretty convinced this is what I've been experiencing. To be clear: what I feel is a near-constant pressure, like someone is pressing against my ribcage or trachea, not the kind of stabbing pain that could be mistaken for a heart attack. I know the latter is what most people with costo experience, but it seems it can also manifest as pressure.

This made me fear that I'd developed chronic fatigue syndrome, which seems to have happened to a lot of Covid long-haulers. What makes the costo diagnosis seem like a more plausible explanation is that my symptoms are so concentrated in my chest (and because, like I say, the earlier symptoms I experienced -- brain fog, etc. -- have mostly cleared up). Also, in the past two weeks I've begun doing various stretching exercises recommended on YouTube, and I'm already starting to feel SOME relief. The pressure/pain is still more or less constant, but I've found that while I'm stretching and for maybe 30-60 minutes afterwards it largely goes away. (I will probably try the backpod, but I want to hear what the sports doc has to say first.) Another trigger for the chest discomfort is poor sleep -- I've never slept well but my insomnia has been much, much worse since I got Covid. (I also have out-of-control anxiety, which I'm sure doesn't help.) I'm offering a high repayment because I know how much risk would be involved for the lender. In my defense, I'm an active Redditor and have about 10k in loan money and repaid monies. No one has ever gone unpaid by me and the worst that has happened is I was once 8 days late on a loan return.
Having this loan would just make my next check easier so I don't have to ask for more money to cover my household expenses. I make roughly $3,000 a month but have been hit with all sorts of bad luck including huge medical bills that despite negotiating down have weighed on me heavily.
