I’ve always had really small tremors throughout my whole body. People always ask me if I’m cold. But since I got adrenal insufficiency, I’ve been getting muscle spasms literally all over my body that keep getting worse. I can feel it constantly. It’s my entire body. My eyes have double vision because of it - muscles are stuck in a spasm so I see double and my eyes can’t move fully.
Then there’s my tremors which are getting more severe and I’ve even developed some twitching where my head lurches forward sometimes.
The worst pain is in my spine. Specifically the pain is around T5-T7 vertebrae area. The pain IS my spine. It is not around my spine or near my spine, it is my spine. It is so bad that the only way for me to help it is to jam something into it really hard and lie down on it using pressure from my legs. I’ve used those neck back massager things in the past to try and help but I keep burning myself without realizing it because my pain is so bad that I don’t even feel my skin get burned by these heat machines.
Well, I’ve found a solution that helps very temporarily. I bought a vibrator to try and help relax my muscles, and I figured out that if I lie down on it, it almost counters my tremors / spasms that are happening and helps calm my pain a little bit. Unfortunately it isn’t permanent and I can’t do it for very long.
My question is, what do I do, and does this have a name? I am in so much pain. My body is so exhausted. I can give more details if you need. Please help me. Thank you

So I had an amazing experience observing and student teaching at this title one high school. My cooperating teacher and the three other Art teachers (I’m an art teacher) were incredibly nice to me and I loved them so much. Though the students were not as engaged, I did form some sweet relationships with a lot of them and I enjoyed them as well. Because of this experience I really wanted to teach high school. So when I graduated this may I started applying to high schools but no one was calling back. Finally, I heard back from some elementary and middle schools and accepted a position at a middle school. Better than elementary at least. Anyways.
The position I accepted is a good rated B+ campus. The school I was student teaching in isn’t even rated. The middle school has a large art room and a good budget and is the #1 middle school out of the ten middle schools in that district. The school is also small about a 640 population. I liked the principal and vice principal as well. They said they are tight knit. I was so excited to have this opportunity.
Suddenly a few weeks after saying yes to the position, and waiting for paper work, the high school VP called me to ask me if I had accepted a position yet because they needed a fifth Art teacher and they were going to open the position and they really liked me.
I GASPED.
I told her I loved working with their team but unfortunately had accepted an offer but to give me some time to think about it since I had not signed anything.
She did let me know that I would NOT have a room and would be a floater between all the art rooms unless they figured something out. That’s the biggest down side. The school itself is also not the greatest. Old building and fights all the time. The art rooms are cramped and small. But I did love working with them.
So anyways I just need some advice and maybe some reality checks. I would hate not having my own room but I also love the team and working with high schoolers. Should I stick to my decision ?

My family has owned the same farm in Kentucky for five or six generations. Since my grandma died we don’t have any use for the farm and my mom is looking to auction it. She’s very hesitant to do so because my grandma always said she wanted to keep the land in the family. My dream for a long time was to live on that farm and have cows or crops or just do something. The thing is I have no experience what so ever and would not even know where to begin. I am in college now very far away but I could continue at the local college near by. If I could make this happen I’d need to prove that I am able to do it. I’m 19 hardly an adult. How could I learn more about farming to at least see if it’s feasible for me to do it? This is my husband’s defense. As complicated as the human body is, as perfect as the earth is for supporting life, etc. this can’t all just have happened “by accident.” Just because conditions on earth are perfect for life as we know it, it doesn’t mean it was planned by a supernatural being. So I (24m) have been dating my current girlfriend (24f) for the better part of 8 years, off and on. I was unfaithful, not only once, but multiple times, and did what seems like my best to sabotage a kind, caring, compassionate, beautiful, damaged young woman.
Hindsight is 20/20 and I’m just having a really hard time trying to wade my waters (that I bring on myself and inflict on the people on my life) I haven’t been swimming through them for a very long time, more like doggy paddling for a second or two of actually trying and letting myself feel uncomfortable for being a piece of shit. I cheated multiple times, and then when you get your turn after taking it again and again, I’m met with all the feelings you had, which doesn’t make me feel very good bc I never have you an outlet like your giving me to get answers or to talk about it, and I’m having a hard time dealing with my own hypocrisy.
I’ll admit my intentions were not always pure, I’ve used you as a tool, I’ve manipulated you, I’ve abused you in almost every way you can count. I have to live with having done that, but you have to live with the memory of having been o. The receiving side of it. Besides actively being a piece of shit and ignoring it, I owe it to myself, and the kindness she showed me, the love she shared with me, to let her grow.
I’m all for trying to fix everything a million times, but even at some point, superglue and duck tape need something to stick to. I have relied and do rely on you to survive, I’m codependent, and I don’t like the way I act, the things I say, or how I said them. I’ve written this letter in various form, recognizing the behavior and then just tossing it away.
At the end of the day, when you end a relationship, you close the chapter and learn the lesson, you move on you take time to heal, but it’s not the end of your story, you start the next chapter, and I need to stop closing the book after finishing it and progress in my life, my goals, and let you do the same. You’ve always given me nothing less, I didn’t do much for you, but I want to make sure when you sat in the ER multiple times with me after an ambulance ride and a phone call of not knowing what was actually happening and all the emotions that simultaneously come with that. You say there, you showed me you cared, when no one else did, and I’ll make sure to do better and make sure to do better going forward.

I am currently potty training my second child right now. With both my first, and now my second, seeing them pee themselves is extremely triggering for me. I have no idea why. It elicits a weird, visceral, angry reaction. I don’t feel like that’s normal?? 😅 Am I just crazy? Is there some unresolved childhood trauma? Anyone else experience this?
