Truth is that most people either don't like you enough to make time for you or just simply - feel no need to talk to others often but are they too busy? I built a PC in 2020 October and I got a Zotac 3070 Twin Edge on release. It ran fine although a little hot in games like RDR2 where it peaked at 82C ( My casing is a Deepcool CK560 ). But it ran fine. After around 1.5 years it decides to die randomly out of the blue. Sent it for RMA ( The RMA procedure is absolutely horrendous in Pakistan as the distributors are not really good ).
The GPU came back from RMA repaired after 3 months of long wait. Then now recently it died again on 2nd June 2023. I got it with a 3 Year warranty I know the last 1 year is limited but still should be covered. The distributor is now saying that very low chance that the GPU will be covered by warranty despite that it wasn't burnt, abused, or mined. It turns on even just does not give a display. What my question is is this the Zotac quality for all the GPUs?

TLDR: Please help me create a schedule for my new job as a transition from a spontaneous to a structured work environment.
I just accepted a promotion from my company and now I’ll be moving cities to work a hybrid position (2 days in office and 3 days at home).
I have never worked in a office before or from home. I’ve come from babysitting the last 10 or so years. My company of the last 2.5 years recognized my hard work and offered me this position as a caregiver support specialist.
I will be onboarding new babysitters, training, and supporting them through booking difficulties, providing assistance to new hires, and helping current caregivers. This includes completing tasks, such as responding to emails and messages, giving support to the back end of their booking app, and submitting payroll. I will have other administrative tasks as well.
I’m extremely excited about this new opportunity, however, I have no idea where to start with making a schedule. Currently, I’m in the process of still moving as they have given me 8 weeks to get to my new city. Fortunately, I only live a 3 hour drive from where I need to be, so I can take moving slow as long as I find a place to stay in the meantime.
My main issue right now is figuring out how to make a new schedule. Up until now I have always worked at the convenience of the parents. That meant that I would get booked last minute or babysit on an emergency basis. My schedule was always open and I was always available. I basically worked on call. It won’t be like that anymore and I have no idea how to live life on the schedule, unfortunately.
I had many day to day and week to week tasks that I completed as I gained time to finish them. Things like working out, grocery shopping, and cleaning. I’ve heard of time blocking, but I’m not so sure that will work for me as I am so used to being on a spontaneous schedule. It will take time to get into a time block schedule. I think that somewhere down the road that’s where I want to be eventually, but how do I get there without overwhelming myself?
If anybody has any examples of what their schedule looks like, or any good resources for transitioning from a field work job to a desk job, please share them. I have to start this new job in about two weeks so I am a bit nervous because I want to hopefully get this done before my first day.
Some extra notes: I have ADHD and am unmedicated at the moment. I am used to a nap/quiet time in the middle of the day to reset (usually somewhere between 12-2). I try to work out three times a week (M/W/F) early in the morning. In office days will be Monday and Wednesday.

As the title suggested, I had to endure a lecture from a colleague today who told me that "my generation is lazy and has no work ethic anymore" (I'm in my 20's).
He regularly does the extra 20 mins or so on his shifts, but doesn't asked to be paid for them because he owns his own house and is just saving for retirement now. His wife has a very well paid job still and they own their own car and regularly take trips abroad.
He was trying to enlighten me about a conversation he'd had recently with a friend of his who is in his forties and concludes the same about my generation.
After he'd finished I simply said, "well, if I was nearly retired and owned my own home, car, and had enough to holiday every year. Maybe then I'd consider working for free.
Why is it that just because I know my worth as a worker and my time is far more valuable to me than to waste it working for free for a company that doesn't even pay minimum wage, it makes me lazy?!

So I've made this book that is a bit controversial but nothing serious it has some bad words in it it has "asshole" on the cover and in the name, which I had to censor cause that is what they told me and now for the third time that I applied for ads after waiting 2 weeks in between this, now they tell me that there is content in the book that is not appropriate, well no s*it man its a book about as*h*les what do you expect? It has warnings that is not for kids and I put it in the corresponding category... I give up with amazon ads for this, how can I promote it? will facebook or twitter accept it or they will say the same?
What do you guys think?
P.S. There are a lot of books that contain bad words and they are best sellers on amazon and they do run ads

I’ve been going through a tough break up, and a tough time in general. Microdosing is really helping me, and I can’t tell if I’m imagining it. I still have lows obviously, and crying from processing, but I see everything with much more clarity and peace than I did before I started. It’s been a good month and a half since we broke up, and there’s still a long way to go, but it’s been helping me focus on the things I enjoy about life right now. For example I’ve been playing my guitar again something I haven’t done in over a year, I’ve been painting, riding my bike a lot, and shaming myself a lot less when I’m sad. I also have been actually cleaning my apartment which is overall helping my mental health. It also brings my emotions to the surface which is interesting like sometimes I’ll take the dose and for a few hours I’ll feel sad or anxious ( not debilitating) then I’ll feel open and amazing. I’m on my break right now (day two) and still feel a lot of the effects from this.
I am also on SSRIS and have been stuck on them for years. I’m hoping one day with the help of MD I can get off of them. For now I’m just going to work on stabilizing myself.

Where I see this heading Is Ran finding out about Conan/Shinichi near the end of the series. If Gosho is planning to do that then that might be the worst possible ending for DC. Like others said before, when i first started watching DC 14 years ago I was waiting for Ran to catch Conan lacking and find out the truth. Literally every episode I watched I thought could be the episode of the big reveal, especially the episodes where BO appeared. Everytime Conan was about to get caught by Ran something happens so I slowly realized that the reveal was never going to happen. Especially when Kaito Kid saved Conan and came to Ran as Shinichi, tbh after that i was like there is no way for her to ever think Conan is Shinichi. 14 years later and I became more certain after the MANY times Kaito Kid disguised himself as Shinichi and met Ran while conan was there. It’s sad tbh the series does not feel the same as it used to. The only way the series could be saved Is If DC continues for 10-15 more years and Ran finds out in the next year or so. Then It would do justice for Ran and we get more time with the couple and they actually work together fighting the BO. Instead of having Conan and Ai getting the most screen time and people actually rooting for them becoming a couple, I’m even one of those rn. The way it Is now is Ran could be killed off (for protecting Conan) and Shinichi continues the fight against BO heartbroken for her loss with Ai by his side. They win the war and get back to their normal body’s and end up becoming the new couple, having a daughter naming her Ran as a tribute for Shinichi’s old love and for her protection of Ai for example against Vermouth. Ran’s death and Ai getting with Conan/Shinichi Is better than her finding out about Conan/Shinichi 50 episodes before the series ends. It would be a shame If that Is done, I dont want to see her “catch up” with Shinichi’s reality in the last 50 episodes, it just doesn’t give her character justice. A girl who’s loyal at the age of 17 with plenty of guys around, Never even thought about giving up on Shinichi, thinks about him all the time, never has a full convo with him without him “having to go” or suddenly disappearing. And she gets to “find out” about the whole situation in the end of the series? Definitely not!

recently opened up my pc to clean out dust. When I plugged it back in only 8gb of ram is recognized. But my pc also recognizes that 16gb of ram is installed I think ? I'm not sure. But i dont know how to fix it.

Hi guys ! Hope you're doing good
The issue happened twice now in the last 3 days :
I boot my PC in the morning and all I get is a flashing light grey/dark grey screen (before being able to loggin or anything). Rebooting the PC gives me the same result everytime. I first tought the issue could come from my screen so I tried to boot on the BIOS and it displayed perectly.
It seems like the grey screen issue happens as soon as the PC boots on windows.In the end, I've been able to boot and log in normaly after like 15 to 20 manual reboots.
Do you think it could be a GPU issue ? (I have a RTX 4080 FE). Windows 10 is installed on a NVME SSD.
I'm affraid that next time it happens I can't boot at all and cannot work anymore :(
