I’m so saddened because I really loved the taste but it’s not worth the diarrhea. I’m having diarrhea even thought I’m taking iron supplements that cause me constipation and I think without iron supplements the reaction would have been even worse.
I had never had pistachios in my entire life and it never crossed my mind that it could be this big of a trigger food for me. I had 100g of dark chocolate with 10% of pistachios.

What is Steel?
Steel has played a vital role in the development of modern civilization and is not to be confused with iron. In the simplest form, Steel is iron ore alloyed with less than 2% carbon.
However, many other elements like Chromium, Aluminum, Manganese, Iron, Phosphorus, Sulfur, Copper, Nickel, etc. can also be added to produce several grades of steel alloys with different properties.
Steel has many advantages in the construction industry, which include many parameters like tensile strength, compressive strength, yield strength, ultimate strength, fatigue strength, elongation, ductility, low weight, hardness, resistance to corrosion, resistance to fire, etc.
Depending on the many parameters steel can be classified into the following types:
Sulfur(s), an element is always present in small amounts in steel, and its removal during steelmaking is a tedious and challenging method.
Sulfur(s), whose atomic number is 16 and atomic weight is 32.066, is usually an undesirable impurity in the steel rather than an alloying element. During the solidification process, it can react with iron(Fe) to form iron sulfide (FeS) at the grain boundaries. Formation of FeS can develop areas of weakness in the material, which are more sensitive to cracking & can lead to the building of hot cracks in the steel.
Sulfur(s) enhances machinability but decreases transverse ductility and notched impact toughness, and has a nominal effect on longitudinal mechanical properties.
The Sulfur(s) content of steel in amounts exceeding 0.05%, tends to cause brittleness and reduce weldability. Alloying additions of Sulfur(s) in amounts from 0.10 to 0.30% will tend to enhance the machinability of the steel. Such alloys are referred to as 'resulphurized' or 'free-machining'. Free-machining alloys are not intended for use where welding is needed.
Steel grades have varying sulfur content, however, in most cases, the high Sulfur(s)content in steel creates a negative impact on properties, which include:

so on the back of the head unit there’s a white/orange for the lighting power switch terminal, and in the harness that’ll plug into the car there’s an orange (illumination) and an orange/white (dimmer+) from what i understood before i looked on a certain honda forum i should connect it to the orange and white wire because that’s the one that changes how much power it gives depending on the brightness of my headlights, where the orange one just gives constant 12v. however on this honda forum people were talking about how they wired it to the dimmer wire (orange and white) and it shorted their dash lights and was just a pain overall a few people said it so it was generally understood there to leave the orange/white alone, anyone with personal experience on this? i have a 2001 civic si btw any help is appreciated

Hi everyone! I recently bought a 2022 Camaro lt1 6 speed manual and have been noticing a high pitched squeal when I take off after the car has been sitting for a little while. It almost sounds like a rock in my breaks but the last time I had a rock in my breaks it had a consistent sound. My main fear is I somehow managed to burn my clutch up and that’s what is causing the issue. The car has less than 12k miles on it (bought it slightly used) I don’t ride the clutch and sometimes jolt slightly but otherwise pretty smooth shifts.
TLTR: I’m getting a high pitch sound and I notice it only when releasing the clutch in gear and when the car has been sitting for a while (7-8 hours)

I currently work at a broom factory where you do the same exact thing over and over and over and over and over and over and over and I think you get it. It’s nice because it keeps me in decent shape but the work is literally MINDLESS activity. I cope with constant intense daydreaming. We aren’t allowed earbuds for safety, and we can’t even look at our phones. I struggle with working full weeks consistently. Also, there’s a quite a bit of social interaction that just annoys me and makes the work more difficult.
I did a year of community college and part timing was horrible. I stopped going because I just didn’t know what I wanted to do and I didn’t want to waste money and put myself in debt. I’m 20 and I’d be interested in going back if it meant finding a career.
I’d like to note I am not diagnosed with ASD. I have ADHD-PI and just heavily relate a little more to people who are on the ASD spectrum in terms of socializing and worldview. Hopefully this is allowed.

He would also always bring up this story about how his friend was in an abusive relationship then use that as a pretext to ask me questions about my views. So for example, do you stop your partner from spending money? Do you stop him from seeing friends? The answer is a resounding no on both.
I told my partner how this made me feel like I was evil and that he thought I was controlling or abusive when that’s far from the truth. It makes me anxious whenever his friend invited him out because if he says no I fear he’ll call me a bitch, call me controlling or abusive. I just can’t handle that stress. My partner spoke to him and he said it was a joke and my partner took that at face value. I said it wasn’t a joke he always asked me when no one else was around and I always felt intimidated.
Therefore I drafted a message for my partner to send to his friend from me asking him to stop because it made me uncomfortable.
That didn’t solve the problem because I now still feel anxious that if my partner doesn’t turn up to events or go out when his friend invited him that I’ll be called all sorts of names and painted out as this monster.
This is why I find it so difficult to see my partner because there’s always this anxiety. He says that he almost doesn’t believe what I’m saying and that this will always be a recurring problem so we should possibly end the relationship.
He also says I make him feel like he’s constantly failing. What he means by that is because I ask him to spend time with to plan dates and to remember important dates for us which he doesn’t and then I just feel defeated. I’ll plan things for us but then he’ll say oh but I want to go to this event and I just think why do I bother? I always plan after I know he’s free.

Hello everyone!
It's my first time in this sub, so don't hesitate to tell me if I do anything wrong (or if you don't understand what I write, English is not my mothertongue).
I think I should tell you a bit about my spiritual and religious background before I tell you what problem made me come here.
I was born in a family that has both christians and atheists. I don't know firsthand the christian milieu in America but where I live (France) bireligious families are very common and the coexistence is quite peaceful. My mom, once an atheist, converted in her 30s to protestantism (calvinist/lutherian church, very accepting and liberal, they did LGBTQIA+ marriages in the 90's/2000s). My parents let me explore my spirituality freely as I always felt a pull towards the unknown. I always had a strong interest about many traditions, had altars in my room as a child. I even pulled mock tarot card. After a long journey during my early formative years, I finally asked to be baptised in the same church as my mom at 19. Since then, I kept my spiritual practice quite open and hold no prejudice towards other traditions.
I share my apartment with roommates for 5 years now, and became friends with them. One of them, which I am very close to, pulls cards (tarot but mainly oracles) and says to have had experiences with spirits or dead people. She says she keeps her canal closed to keep her tranquility.
Anyway, it got me into tarot. After watching her pull the card regularly for 2 years, I bought a first oracle deck a year ago while feeling unwell mentally speaking (problems in a situationship, classic stuff to begin pulling the tarot ahah).
At some point after using the deck for a few month, I began to feel a strange and unfriendly presence in my flat and it was more present in my room. It made me not sleep well. I finally realized at some point that I got bad vibes from the deck in particular, so I heavily cleansed it (I drowned it in salt and left it under the moon and the rain for a whole week). A friend of mine whose grandmother is from a traveller's family (I don't know what is the appropriate term in English, I don't know her exact ethnia) but what's important is that she's a traditional practionner. He told me that apparently you should never cleansed anything with fire as it release the energy in the air for anyone or anything to take. So I usually use water, salt, crystals or the moon.
This year, I feel a lot better (thanks to therapy and personal growth) and in a attempt to work on my intuition and inner voices I purchased a new tarot deck. I bought at a local occultist shop a tarot from which I have good vibes from. I cleansed it first, and my first draws were very good (and made for self growth purpose). I always follow my intuition, stop the draw when I don't feel the vibe anymore and cleanse it after. I keep it in my room for it to take my energy.
The last time I pulled cards was on Saturday, the vibe was good and the night after too. But this night something really strange happened to me.
While I was doing my usual prayer (a standard Notre Père), my intuition or something told me quite sharply "it's not going where it should", so I stopped immediatly. A few moments later, when trying to fall asleep, I saw some king of dark figure (resembling a little demon or what) trying to crawl on my bed from where my deck is. I lit my light, and saw nothing. From then I kept having really bad vibes from my deck. It toned down a little when I placed my crystals (rose quartz and amethyst) on it, but I felt it wasn't enough. Luckily for me, it was the full moon so I placed the deck and my crystals on my window the whole night. I then placed salt at the four corners of my room, and even draw a line just beneath the window. The bad vibes were gone and I slept very soundly even though I was kinda spooked by the whole experience.
I also noticed that the plant I have the closer to me deck began to die, with no sign of a disease and I had it for years.
(I should precise that I don't have any mental health problem right now and that I am not afraid of the dark. As a child I used to chase ghosts and monsters in my room without putting the light on.)
Maybe I freaked out, but I thought I would ask you more experienced folks some advice. I read around in the tarot community but every one keep saying that decks, as the manufactured objects they are, can't summon stuff by themselves.
I asked my roommate, she said that maybe when I draw the cards I open a breach and I may need some protection. So I am wondering if tarot is really for me. I figure that if I open breaches each time I pull the cards it might get dangerous for me at some point? I might encounter something too powerful for me to cleanse at some point.
Maybe it's an old fear coming from my religious background?
I think something might be running in my family - my parents once saw ghosts, my mom heard voices that literaly saved my family from a car accident and she had spiritual visions while meditating. I wouldn't be surprise if my grandmother and great grandmother had stories to tell.
I would like to have a complementary practice besides Christianity, which I live more as an intellectual practice. I need something more coming from the gut. It happened that I used dance and meditation for that purpose. But I wonder if tarot and oracle are safe for me? My roommate stopped using pendulum because she had bad vibes and thought it was too dangerous.

Since then, I kept my spiritual practice quite open and hold no prejudice towards other traditions.
I share my apartment with roommates for 5 years now, and became friends with them. One of them, which I am very close to, pulls cards (tarot but mainly oracles) and says to have had experiences with spirits or dead people. She says she keeps her canal closed to keep her tranquility.
Anyway, it got me into tarot. After watching her pull the card regularly for 2 years, I bought a first oracle deck a year ago while feeling unwell mentally speaking (problems in a situationship, classic stuff to begin pulling the tarot ahah).
At some point after using the deck for a few month, I began to feel a strange and unfriendly presence in my flat and it was more present in my room. It made me not sleep well. I finally realized at some point that I got bad vibes from the deck in particular, so I heavily cleansed it (I drowned it in salt and left it under the moon and the rain for a whole week). A friend of mine whose grandmother is from a traveller's family (I don't know what is the appropriate term in English, I don't know her exact ethnia) but what's important is that she's a traditional practionner. He told me that apparently you should never cleansed anything with fire as it release the energy in the air for anyone or anything to take. So I usually use water, salt, crystals or the moon.
This year, I feel a lot better (thanks to therapy and personal growth) and in a attempt to work on my intuition and inner voices I purchased a new tarot deck. I bought at a local occultist shop a tarot from which I have good vibes from. I cleansed it first, and my first draws were very good (and made for self growth purpose). I always follow my intuition, stop the draw when I don't feel the vibe anymore and cleanse it after. I keep it in my room for it to take my energy.
The last time I pulled cards was on Saturday, the vibe was good and the night after too. But this night something really strange happened to me.
While I was doing my usual prayer (a standard Notre Père), my intuition or something told me quite sharply "it's not going where it should", so I stopped immediatly. A few moments later, when trying to fall asleep, I saw some king of dark figure (resembling a little demon or what) trying to crawl on my bed from where my deck is. I lit my light, and saw nothing. From then I kept having really bad vibes from my deck. It toned down a little when I placed my crystals (rose quartz and amethyst) on it, but I felt it wasn't enough. Luckily for me, it was the full moon so I placed the deck and my crystals on my window the whole night. I then placed salt at the four corners of my room, and even draw a line just beneath the window. The bad vibes were gone and I slept very soundly even though I was kinda spooked by the whole experience.
I also noticed that the plant I have the closer to me deck began to die, with no sign of a disease and I had it for years.
(I should precise that I don't have any mental health problem right now and that I am not afraid of the dark. As a child I used to chase ghosts and monsters in my room without putting the light on.)
Maybe I freaked out, but I thought I would ask you more experienced folks some advice. I read around in the tarot community but every one keep saying that decks, as the manufactured objects they are, can't summon stuff by themselves.
I asked my roommate, she said that maybe when I draw the cards I open a breach and I may need some protection. So I am wondering if tarot is really for me. I figure that if I open breaches each time I pull the cards it might get dangerous for me at some point? I might encounter something too powerful for me to cleanse at some point.
Maybe it's an old fear coming from my religious background?
I think something might be running in my family - my parents once saw ghosts, my mom heard voices that literaly saved my family from a car accident and she had spiritual visions while meditating. I wouldn't be surprise if my grandmother and great grandmother had stories to tell.
I would like to have a complementary practice besides Christianity, which I live more as an intellectual practice. I need something more coming from the gut. It happened that I used dance and meditation for that purpose. But I wonder if tarot and oracle are safe for me? My roommate stopped using pendulum because she had bad vibes and thought it was too dangerous.

I’m an ALT at a junior high school in the inaka. During my school’s cleaning time, I help out by restocking the paper, sweeping the floors, and bringing the cellphones back to the classrooms.
During this cleaning time, the school plays a nice orchestral song over the intercom, and I whistle to it. Not obnoxiously loudly, but just a nice mezzo forte.
Well today, one of the teachers (whom I don’t work with at all) told me to stop whistling. When I asked her why, she told me that Japanese people don’t whistle. I was kinda peeved, not gonna lie, and I begrudgingly said 分かりました。
Whistling is a pretty heavy habit I have, and I’ve already been doing it for almost a year without her saying anything, so I’m not sure how to approach this.
Do I need to stop whistling during the cleaning time? Should I ignore her and go to the vice principal of the matter gets brought up again? What are your thoughts?

I’m not much of a writer but I really need to vent. I hate this. He was the first person who I felt actually accepted me. He accommodated me in ways I never had been before. I actually felt seen and I felt loved. I was diagnosed with ASD/ADHD while we were together (right at the end) and it made so much sense. We shared many of the same interests, I know it’s common for abusers to gain interest in things they’re victim is into as a way in but I know with 100% certainty that these were already interests of his. I NEVER got bored in conversation with him which is something I’ve never experienced before. Honestly, if I had to write down my perfect person on piece of paper it would be him, minus the abusive qualities/behaviour. At this point I’m just mad, I’m so fucking angry. How dare he make me feel a way I’ve never felt before just to go and ruin it repeatedly, ruining me in the process. And now it’s my job to grieve and heal? That’s fucking bullshit and I never deserved this. He simultaneously set the bar for what I want/need from a partner and what I simply will not tolerate again. I’m really scared I won’t find anyone who is as compatible with me as he was.

Hi there! My Medusa was pierced with really dark grey jewellery (I believe it’s titanium) in but the rest of my set up is sterling silver. I can’t find any labrets in sterling silver, and I was wondering which metal I should choose to try and make the difference look less jarring.
Is surgical steel any brighter than titanium? Or should I give up trying to match it and get a black ball instead?
