In further more, the Difference between premium and a regular tank is drastic, with the player overall being able to grind towards Top "Levels" to gain the entirely of all unlockable platoons at the moment, due to the factor of Premium Platoons having a Heavy Bonus compared to Regular Tanks of their tier.
This also goes with the incentive to buy Premium Platoons, as Everytime one were to log back into the game, a "Sale" for a Platoon would be shown upon the screen, and on par if you switch between Naval and Ground, it'd be shown. Whilest one may also need to buy a premium (which keep in mind, will cost nearly 100$ for the Top Tier Platoons) to maintain some leverage and gain the unit they want.

Purchase experience
I purchased from df64coffee.com thinking this was the official DF64 website. It shows up first on google after all! Anyway, I first became suspicious, not when I saw the no return policy online, nor when I saw the suspicious "next 50 grinders are discounted" banner on the site, but instead when the grinder arrived and had no branding on the box and almost no paperwork to boot. It was just not the experience of buying a product that costs 400 dollars that I am used to. Moreover, my grinder had a little metal needle to indicate which grind setting you are on which all the reviews I had seen about this grinder mentioned is notably missing. I started to get pretty worried and that's when I began to look more into this site. They are clearly using fake accounts to post "don't worry this this site isn't sketchy" posts about themselves on reddit which is SO SKETCHY. At this point, I'm getting minorly terrified. 400 dollars is not negligible to me.Usage experience
Before using, I opened up the grinder and pushed the little rubber sleeves on the springs all the way down as I saw in a video and adjusted the needle so that 0 would indicate the point at which the burrs just barely begin to touch. I don't know if that rubber sleeve trick does anything, but that's what I did. Ok cut to the first shot that I grind. I'm properly dejected at this point, fully sure that my dreams of owning a decent grinder have been crushed. I load up 18 grams of coffee and turn on the machine. So far so good. Everything looks normal. The grind finishes and I pump the bellows a couple times until nothing is coming out. I pop the grinds on to the scale and read out 12 grams of coffee. WTF. People online were complaining about less than a gram of retention, but this was next level. I load up another 6 grams of beans, grind it, and yield 6 grams of grinds. The grind was way too fine and the water couldn't even get through, but that's not really the machine's fault. It took me several adjustments to the grind setting to get a working shot, but once I did it tasted marvelous. Wayyy better than the Breville built in grinder I was using before. Moreover, every dose I ground after that first one had 0 retention. To this day, I suspect I may have made some tare error or something when I ground up that first dose. I usually use the RDT technique, but sometimes I forget and even then I'm getting 0 retention and wonderful tasting coffee. I haven't yet opened up the bottom of the machine where the declumper is so maybe there is just 6 grams of grinds sitting there from my first grind, but I kind of doubt it. I haven't really had the problem with mess and static that everyone talks about, though I usually hold the dosing cup right up to the bottom of the grinder. The grinding itself doesn't make a mess, but when I pump the bellows, it overshoots the cup a little bit if I'm not holding it in the right place.In conclusion
In conclusion, I now know a bit more about the df64 business model and I'm convinced I received a real DF64. In fact, I think I have received some newer version where they have fixed some of the old problems that people have talked about with the DF64 because I have the little grind indicator needle and based on retention, I don't think my declumper is giving me grief either. All that being said, based on what I've read I don't feel hopeful for any kind of after-sales support so crossing my fingers I don't end up needing it. I probably would not have purchased from the site if I had known what I know now about the support provided by df64coffee.com. I have ordered skincare via a retailer in UK and I chose expedited delivery option where I already paid around 10k to cover for customs duty. Item was shipped promptly and reached India in 3 days and then the show begins.
First DHL rejected my KYC documents baselessly. It took 2 days (back and forth million questions) to get the KYC done. I thought that was it when the next day they ask for proof of purchase. I promptly shared the receipt which they rejected saying they need invoice not reciept (kill me..😩). After 2 more days they accept the proof of purchase, for this I have to escalate and cc bunch of DHL India heads. Today after a full 5 days since the package landed they ask me for a declaration which again I filled in and sent promptly.
When I checked the shipment status today evening it still shows "CBE not filed".
I am at my wit's end. I paid a bomb only to save myself the hassle of going and collecting from the post office after paying customs but compared to this ordeal that really seems such a better option now.
Please advise what can be done .

I’m part time in school, my major is Computer Information Technology (IT), I took a semester off and landed a job as a Jr. System Admin and I start school here again in about a week or so. So I am trying to dip my toes into Real Estate investing and wanted a relatively low-cost and low-risk option.
My boss suggested buying a lot at Eagle Rock Resort, and said she pays $200 a month and will be done paying in 5 years for her lot. And they will either build or re-sell it if the lot value goes up.
However, I got a timeshare vibe when she said that if she refers me to see a sales pitch, she gets $1000 while I get an overnight stay, $50 food voucher at their restaurants in the resort, and a $1000 visa gift credit card.
On the Eagle Rock Resort website in their FAQs they state that they are not a timeshare.
Being new, I just can't find enough resources on whether or not this is (1) a timeshare, (2) if it isn't a timeshare, how do I know this is a good real estate investment and (3) what are the cons of owning a property within a resort/private community?
I think some of their properties are fractional ownership, which l've seen is the "new" timeshare, but there are options without fractional ownership.

Hi everyone! For some context, I’m in my mid-20s with a degree in Physical Sciences (specialization in Physics and Earth Sciences). During my undergrad, I worked as a planetary geology research assistant. Shortly after graduation, I landed a job as a junior geologist for a mining exploration company. After trying both the research and the industrial sides of geology, I realized how much I disliked it. I know that I should have done more research on my degree but as an 18 y/o at the time, I didn’t know any better and just went with the flow.
Now, I have an option to switch careers. It’s not too urgent but I was wondering if you fellow Redditors can “recommend” a career based on my personality. Go wild! I’m just curious.

I bought a house which came with a small bit of land attached. The land came with the house.
My solicitor sent over the paperwork for the house and the land once the sale went through and advised that there are some protective covenants that have been placed on the land by the previous owner restricting the uses of the land e.g. no structures can be erected on the land.
At the bottom of the page containing details of restrictions there is a box for signatures. Two "Authorised Signatory" boxes have been signed but the boxes for the signatures of the previous owner and a witness are both empty.
Given the missing signatures, does this document still hold any significance? Or can I disregard the covenants?
I haven't sought any advice from solicitors yet, thought I'd go with reddit first. Thanks!
