This is the best way in my mind to make AA gameplay "fun and engaging." It would be a skill to develop, just like aiming at ships, but probably more difficult. It adds another layer of complexity to the game and gives an actual counter to CVs. Being able to manually fire those flak bursts and pummeling planes that get near would be very satisfying imo. The best part is that there would be a tradeoff of not being able to fire your main guns while firing at planes, so from a balancing perspective it should make sense. I believe WG has said they wouldn't do this because it would be too difficult for newer players but I still would like to open up a discussion about this. What do you think?
I have a telehealth appointment this week with a nurse practitioner to discuss what my medication options are. I want to make sure I’m able to have a prescription filled, and I’ve heard that there have been issues with California pharmacies when it comes to filling telehealth prescriptions. Has anyone successfully been able to have a prescription from them filled in the state of California? Are any of the big name pharmacies an option here (CVS, Walgreens, Safeway), or am I about to hit a brick wall?
For the last 6 months or so I’ve been getting my Wegovy from Capsule and it seems that they no longer carry it. I’ve tried to get it via Duane Reade and CVS and both are out of stock and not been very helpful on timelines to get it.
I’ve tried ordering through Amazon Pharmacy but even they keep pushing my order back 4-5 days at a time. At this point I’ve missed 2 weeks of doses and and worried about the weight coming back. I’m also concerned about it being a job and a chore to get this drug now.
Where are people finding it in the city right now?

I’ve head small bouts of eczema for several years but it was always mild mainly on my arms. After a recent treatment of antibiotics the eczema was flaring up. I tried changing my diet, going dairy free, low carb, etc. but nothing seemed to work. I eventually went a dermatologist and got a steroid cream which helped calm it down but it would still flare. I tried digestive enzymes but that didn’t help too much. I tried probiotics in the past for other digestive issues but didn’t think it really helped (Culturelle.). Then I saw these Align Dualbiotic Gummies at CVS and thought why not. They were not cheap I think like $40 for 90 gummies. I believe you take two daily and took upon wakening. I notice i wasn’t itchy during the day or even concerned about eczema and didn’t even put on any lotion or steroid cream. This only day 2 and i see dramatic improvement in the skin. No redness just some mild dryness which is big improvement also no itching as well. I’ll keep this up and continue the rest of the bottle. I’m not sure if its working because of the gummie form factor or the “prebiotic” component that is added in but whatever it is, it definitely is working. Will update in a week to see how this goes. Wanted to hear anyone else had success with this probiotic specifically or just probiotics/prebiotics in general for eczema. Thanks!
I got a 44.50 in my first one (General physiology/Nerve and Muscle) and I had a 42 in the second one. I don't know what things I could do to improve.i need advice for going through
I get that the answer really is no, but I just started injections on Sunday and I'm just wondering what range would be likely. If anyone has similar numbers or something? I conceived naturally last summer, but then miscarried at 14 weeks eight months ago. This was most likely due to the CVS I had done (placenta showed signs of infection) the week before. I turned 39 in April and my AMH in January was 5.08 ng/mL. Carrier for a genetic disease hence the CVS and now the IVF.
Any thoughts? My doc is obviously not giving me any ideas of what to expect.
My NP Rx’d me a generic Focalin but it was on back order. So this is the medication in process at CVS:
METHYLPHENIDATE ER(LA) 10MG CP CAPSULE,ER BIPHASIC 50-50
What in the world does any of that mean? Besides Extended Release which I understand. But the rest is Greek to me!😂 does anyone else have experience with this medication and dosage? I plan on picking it up and starting it tomorrow because today I am having really frequent and bad heart palpitations, but I’m assuming it’s just because I chugged too much coffee today. I’m excited to hear your experiences. Thanks in advance! I am so excited to start this chapter of my journey. I just feel like I have struggled way too long and it’s time for me to finally make a change and do something about it. I feel so validated and I feel so at peace, because I feel as though my struggles are being seen and taken seriously instead of dismissed as it was in my childhood.
A couple of months ago my father in law signed up for a Carepass. I guess he didn’t read the fine print and didn’t know he was going to get billed $5.50 every month. He asked for my help to cancel but we literally cannot get past the verification phase. They need his email (he doesn’t have an email so the CVS staff most likely made one up). There is no address or billing on file so we can’t use either of those for verification. But how could there be no billing on file if the are charging him every month??!! What a scam! I can’t remember the last time I was so frustrated with a company.
i strapped his collar to my e-scooter and he came with my to CVS & Target to pick up some pictures and frames
my therapist told me that if you put a photo on your nightstand where your pup/cat/any pet where they’re happy and in good health, it’ll help ease the pain of the triggering memories of them towards their end of life
not sure how effective it’ll be, but just in case anyone else wants to try it too
i’m on day 5 and really struggling. i miss him so bad
I’ve just been prescribed adderall for the first time. Went to go pick up prescription about 4 hours after the doctor sent it to the pharmacy (CVS) and was told to check back tomorrow bc it did not come in with their order today.
This is my first time picking up medicine from a pharmacy any idea how long I will be waiting?
Hi, I’m in the middle of a massive destash. Shipping is $5, USPS First Class with tracking or $15 First Class International to Canada. Everything listed is a full bottle. Scent descriptions have been pared down to notes for space. I ship weekly. Unfortunately, I have almost no perfume samples, so I might not be able to provide extras in my packages. I am open to reasonable offers on everything. I'm also going hardcore on my ISOs right now and am happy to swap for anything on
my list.

i don’t understand why cvs or any store for that matter still carries steam gift cards, i know for a fact whenever someone buys them it’s a scam and half the time the gift card has an error activating… it’s so annoying and i try to explain to the customer and just get an excuse and bitched at
Title says it all, I’m around trolley and willing to drive a bit but I loathe cvs on del ave, not only are they so rude but they are constantly out of my medication. My doctor said smaller places are easier to work with and typically don’t have shortages. Any recommendations ?
