My bearded dragon was flaring his beard in such a way that I can only describe it as “pelican like”? It was extended farther out than I’ve ever seen on one before. It looked like as if he were trying to keep something down maybe? I don’t have it on picture or video but it was huge. His head was pointed up as he was doing so. Is he pained or sick? He did it yesterday morning and now today as well.

Going to the store later to pick up my new baby bearded dragon some fresh veggies. Can someone help me with food suggestions so I’m not overwhelmed inside the store

I'm building my first paludarium in a 75 gallon long glass aquarium. I'm planning a small waterfall feature along the right side with a pool of about 12-15 gallons of water. The idea I have is left third land, right third water, middle third where the two meet; like a cross section of a riverbank. I know I'm going to get some sword plants and eventually some ghost shrimp, but I'm curious about getting a reptile in here as well. I'm leaning heavily towards lizards, but everything I've found that fits my ideal occupant requires a 120 gallon tank, and frankly I'm already invested in this 75 gallon too much to tear it all apart and drop hundreds on a bigger tank. I would love to have a reptile in my life, but I want it to be happy with the home I'm building, and putting a bearded dragon (for example) in a river just seems cruel. Also, I've seen it said that waterfalls can be water filters on youtube and other forums, but I've never seen a how-to showing exactly how to do that. An explanation on that would be great before I go burning up a water pump making it pump detritus through a hose, haha.

So I’m new to having a bearded dragon and I’m trying to learn as much as I can but I need help with this which I still don’t understand. How do I know if my bearded dragon is stressed or just dark?
I know when he is stressed he get his stress lines on his belly, but also notice that even when he isn’t stressed, but just basking under his UV lights and when he is dark, the lines still show up. Is he stressed when basking? Does the different locations of the lines mean the difference between him being stressed and just basking? Like, if the lines are more dark on the middle vs if the lines dark around the sides of his belly.
Does this make sence? English is my first language but I have learning disabilities and can’t form proper, understandable sentences.
